During breath infusion this morning there was a full trunk kundalini rise. This is a rare occurrence. It feels as if the entire lower trunk, below the navel, is one block of compacted bliss pixels, like a block of ice which is visually-flawed with ice crystals so that it is not transparent due to the numerous cracks in the block.
This compressed energy then began to move up through the trunk in a uniform way until it filled up the entire trunk. It did not go through the neck but looking down through the neck I could see it and feel its bliss aspect.
It had a cooling bliss aspect like spearmint. It was not as sensational as peppermint.
This is bliss in the clarifying mode as compared to say sexual pleasure which is bliss with passion mixed through it, where there is no perception of anything but the passionate bliss and nothing else.

During the meditation session, I adhered to naad and followed an instruction given by Lahiri Baba for me to work on blending the naad energy in the sushumna central passage and the naad energy which comes from outside of the individual psyche.
Suddenly I felt myself relocated into the front area of the chest in the middle. There I began to see some of my relatives (not my children). These relatives were shuffling their social accounts and assigning various tasks to various people. To their mind, I was one of them and I would have to comply with their wishes sooner or later. At least this is how they felt.
One lady in the group, a relative, was saying this about me,
“He won’t get away. We will capture him. Right now he is gone away. Says he is teaching yoga. What is that? Who is more important than family? Everyone understands this except him. He must be retarded. Anyway, I will find a way to capture him. A slave is a slave is a slave. He is retarded. That is all. If we keep him near us, this madness about yoga will leave his poor brain.”
What to do about this??????
