Lowest Part of a Yogi

This morning during breath infusion practice, the infused energy came upwards from the base of the trunk on each side under the collar bones. It felt like crushed compacted energy with a tingling sensation like peppermint. It also rose like springs coming up and then vibrating back and forth. This occurred while I did various postures and infused more and more air into the system.
After a while I realized that Swami Muktananda was doing bhastrik near to me and was doing some of the same postures and focusing within the psyche to direct the energy to different locations.
After about ten minutes he showed me a break-off the organ technique which is used by yogis to remove the reproductive urge from their subtle bodies. This urge is troublesome for those yogis who do not want to take any more material bodies. It is also a problem for those yogis who want to go to an astral place which is called Satyaloka or Brahmaloka. In that place there is no support for reproductive organs in the bodies. That place cannot be entered by anyone who has the reproductive capability in the subtle body.
This kriya concerns dissolving out the sex kanda which is a small bulb in the subtle body, in the pubic area of it. This gland sponsors rebirth in a species of life which is capable of sexual reproduction. By using pranayama breath infusion techniques, a yogi can dissolve out this subtle orb.
What pranayama should be used? The answer is whatever actually dissolves the gland.
After a while, Srila Yogeshwarananda showed up. He came just as I had infused enough energy into the trunk of the subtle body, so that the bottom 1/3 of it was cleared of all old energy, all dark and dense astral force. He did not say anything either to me or to Swami Muktananda. I kept the infusion going but I switched to working on the central spine which is behind the chest. There was some orangish energy there which needed to be dissipated with fresh subtle energy. After I did this, I got a mental signal from Swami Muktananda to work on the stub kundalini which hangs down about 3 inches under the brain stem.
I began to work on that. It was glowing with a golden glow.
However Yogeshwarananda said that I should return to working on the lower trunk of the body. He remarked that I should not do too much on anything in the head of the subtle body. He said,
“Do this before leaving. You can complete that other practice after leaving.”
He spoke about what should be done before death of the physical body and what can be done after death of the physical body. Some practice should be completed while the physical body is alive, since those techniques may not be possible while one lives as an astral body which has no physical counterpart.
Some practices can be done in both situations of having a physical body and not having one. But some practices can only be done while using a physical body.
Based on what he said I switched back to the trunk of the physical body. I saw the face of Yogi Bhajan and he said, “Yogesh is correct. He who raises the lowest part of himself will succeed. He who sustains only the highest part of himself will fail.”
There is a kriya which Yogesh showed me during this session which was a way to breathe through the lower neck into the collar bones. As this is done when there is an exhale, energy is pushed straight down through the neck. When there is an inhale energy is pushed through the shoulder bones. This is done with rapid breathing. It allow fresh energy to enter some hard-to-reach places in the shoulders and arms.
What I said above about yogis breaking off the organ, may seem to be far-fetched like so many of my other ideas, which border on fantasy, but there is something similar which male spiders do in the insect kingdom:
