Lower Body Infusion

As one advances more and more with breath infusion practice, a student should make the effort to cause energy infusion in the lower part of the body. First one should target the groin area, then the base chakra, then the thighs, then the legs and feet.
Overtime this can be accomplished. The first process of breath infusion for which a student may be certified is the pushing down of breath energy through the navel area into the groin area, where there is a mix between the breath energy and the sex hormone energy which accumulates there. This combination which is explosive stuff will jump over to the base chakra and cause kundalini to move up the spine. Though this is a big event for any student, it is really preliminary in siddha yoga practice.
Algebra is a big event for high school students but it the ABC for postgraduate mathematicians. Similarly what is so grand in the world of yoga on the earthly planet, is elementary to the siddhas.
As soon as one accomplished the routing of kundalini through the spine up into the brain on a consistent basis, as soon as one is confident that one can do that daily using breath infusion practice, one should seriously consider talking to a siddha about the higher course of yoga.
Some students get disappointed. They complain like this:

I thought this was it.
I thought this was liberation completed.
Why are you saying that this is just preliminary?
Why did you not tell me this before?
The impression I got is that this raising of kundalini would make me a siddha for the least. Now you are saying something else..
I do not like this new information. This is very depressing.

It may well be, but even in the course of striving for liberation, facts are fact. When you are confident of your ability to raise kundalini into the brain using breath infusion, when you know for sure that you can do that on a daily basis without fail, then consider sending infusion energy down through the bottom of the body, to the lower extremities, What about having kundalini rise in the thighs or in the knees or in the legs or in the feet or in the big toe, say.
Is that happening?
Can you achieve that?
Will it only be your head which has insight consciousness?
Can you miraculously get rid of the areas of your psyche which have no insight consciousness?
What is the use of one clean room in a dusty dingy house?

My practice is about 1 year old since I first started groping in the darkness and imitating some of your videos. There were also a few setbacks along the way.
But verily it has to be divided into 2 major parts, the second, and more fruitful, after I could practice and learn at your side for a few weeks. Then I finally began to understand the reason behind it and the possibilities of it.
It is with deep gratitude that I bow to you personally and to what you represent here on this plane. Thank you very much for the time you have taken to teach me and for your support.
I am perhaps already at that level where I can raise the Kundalini to the head repeatedly several times daily without much effort, as I did thrice this morning, so I will start paying more attention now to the other areas of the physical body that you have pointed out.
