Levels of Emptiness in the Thai Forest Lineage

This is a talk by Ajahn Maha Boowa, who studied under the great master Acariya Mun. One gets a tiny glimpse into Acariya Mun’s monastery. The student Maha Boowa talks about his practice which took him to increasing levels of emptiness.

For me, navigating the many levels of emptiness has been a little frustrating but I keep on with the study. After listening to this talk, I really got a boost in concentration in a meditation a few hours later.

Just getting close to the vibration of these accomplished masters is good for one’s practice.
