During breath infusion practice, this morning, even though I was teaching one student, still I managed to get some inspiration coming in to my psyche from Lahiri Mahasaya Baba, one of the old fathers of the aspiring kriya yogis. I had seen this yogi sometime 1974 but only in fleeting glimpses through the third eye. Then again off and on, infrequently, I got some help from him. Now I was recently visited by him. I surmised that it was because my kundalini yoga practice has made a dash for a higher level of that practice, a place where he perceives my efforts.
These great yogis are usually completing their practice and hanging out on a certain astral level. Then if a student reaches that level of practice, reaches the lowest plane of that level. These yogis see a light and then they help that novice to advance further.
Sometimes these encounters result in the novice becoming empowered by the great yogi to remain on that astral plane and instruct others, while the senior yogi leaves that place and goes higher. When I met the yogi there it was like when someone waited for another person for some hundreds of years, and then that person finally arrived. The person who waited was relieved but he does not show it. He simply delivers a message or gives a package of energy and then departs with an "it-took-you-long-enough" look on his face.
How to reply to that? There’s no reply. I was on earth dinking around with people who have little or no interest in yogic accomplishments. I fought this negative influence every step of the way. Sometimes people advise me what to do and they know nothing about real yoga. They have no connection with the inside scoop but they think they do. Sometime one is bogged down with these people. That causes delays in the upward lift to the higher planes.
Somehow, divine grace lets even a great yogi wait and wait and wait until the novice arrives, that slow-poke train of a student.
For the past two weeks, I was seeing this great yogin during practice or during meditation. He gave some kriya advice which inspired also some information which I gave this morning on a post concerning celibacy. Coincidentally someone might feel that this course concerns them or that it targets their stage of practice but actually this is purely coincidental. This great yogi is not interested in anyone like that. He gave that information as an energy package for anyone who needs the help from the divine world to escape both false celibacy and moral aspirations for celibacy, two aspects which ruined the efforts of even some of the great novices who made the effort but who did not understand what is going on in the material world.
This yogi gave me a kriya which uses the lifting of layers of sex energy from the lower part of the subtle body, from the lower trunk. There is also a pull up from the inner thigh, where a sliver of sexual polarity exists which puts a charge on the bone marrow energy which is formed in the thigh bone. This sliver is pulled into the brain once and for all. It causes that the energy in the thigh no longer carries a sex-polarized charge.
Some people think that simply by meditating and reaching some peace and happiness the job of liberation is done?
Are you kidding?
Who is going to clean out the negative energy in other parts of the subtle body?
Who will do it?
The God will?
The gracious sweet guru will?
And while they do that what will the student be doing?
Prancing around with happiness, peace and oneness in the mind?
Is that so?
What kind of stooge God and puppy-love guru is that?

It is more like God and guru will put the student to work, doing the cleaning of all parts of the psyche?
Somebody has got to do. You can be rest assured, at least say that I said, that you will be made to do it. All those other priorities you have, all of your enthusiasm which is invested elsewhere, well you know what, better grab it and apply it. Otherwise nothing doing! No progress, nothing. God is snoring in his divine world, a divine sleep. Guru is working on his own advancement, a self-help project because he came to understand that he had to get his act together too.

There are layers and layers of sexually polarized bliss force in the lower part of the subtle body. These have to be lifted up by the breath infusion process, so that every layer is elevated into the brahmarandra crown chakra of the subtle head. Who is to do this?
It is not a question of how. It is a question of whom. The question of how is solved by the willingness of the novice to dig up and make progress, to get serious about following instructions from genuine people who are advanced and who are either physical or psychic or both but who send inspiration.
