Kundalini withdrawal kriya: Rishi Singh

Rishi Singh was there during practice this morning, apparently to supervise the full destruction of a stub kundalini which might hang down from the subtle head into the neck of the subtle body. He did not explain much or say why he was there but my assumption was that he was there to explain a kriya on how to deal with kundalini when it is pulled up from in the spine into the head.
My view is that this information is not written in plain terms even in yoga books like Hatha Yoga Pradipika and so Rishi wants me to leave a record of it, for the use of others in the future who might be groping in the dark in terms of what to do to retract kundalini. Usually yogis do not write down or even discuss these matters except with very advanced adepts, so to write this down is a new approach by the yoga-gurus.
When kundalini begins to withdraw from the base place, not the base chakra, the location where the base chakra adheres to, it assumes a white-hot color and a diamond configuration dangling down in the center of the spine of the subtle body. If the yogi is successful in causing kundalini to retract from its base location, then when breath infusion is done, kundalini will retreat further and further up the spine. This is provided that the yogi can infuse the bottom of the trunk and the thighs with fresh energy.
The more the trunk of the body is infused with specific areas of it being targeted, the more the kundalini will be unable to reattach itself to that base location. This is all good and well for the yogi. This releases the psyche from the dictatorial control which kundalini held over it previously. This is total success in yoga, instead of the head success with doing trance states in the head, while kundalini continues ruling the rest of the psyche and the rest of one’s activities with an iron hand.
When kundalini is retracted into the neck, it loses the diamond configuration and then it hangs down under the brain like a white popsicle, glowing with a white light color.
At this stage the yogi has to make a deliberate effort to hold on to naad, to situate the core self in naad and then he should do the kundalini pratyahar kriya, which consist of pulling in the sensual energies of the kundalini into the sense of identity which surrounds the core self.
Even though kundalini will be dangling like a white popsicle hanging down below the brain, when the yogi tries to do the pratyahar practice, that white popsicle shape will seem to disappear. This happens because when the core self is in naad and pulls up the kundalini sensual energies, there is only perception of these energies coming into the sense of identity and the yogi loses the vision of the kundalini hanging down.
Rishi said that this is the second major pratyahar sensual energy withdrawal practice. The first one is done in reference to the sensual energy which flows through the frontal part of the head. Most yogis think that this first one is the full pratyahar practice but it isn’t.
The frontal sensual energies are under the control of the intellect (buddhi-analytical orb). This is related to kundalini but it is not the kundalini’s personal sensual force. The second kriya for pratyahar is for pulling in the energies which kundalini uses to run its creature-survival operations.
