Email Inquiry:

Hi, lately I have been interested in something called "Kundalini" but what is it exactly? How can I wake it up and what happens when the Kundalini finally rises through all chakras? I have heard so much about it, but so little at the same time. How can I wake up my Kundalini and what happens when it finally rises through all chakras? Does the Kundalini stop at the crown or it goes to the infinite? Can it be used to access the subtle and divine bodies?

MiBeloved’s Response:

Kundalini is the psychic life force in the subtle body. To understand what it is you may study sexual climax experience and the rejuvenation-sleep mechanism which runs on auto in the body.

Something is regulating heart beat and breath functions. Something supervises healing in the body. That something is kundalini. The individual I-self is not doing these things, because even when the self is not attentive to these functions, the functions proceed by some involuntary caring force in the body. That force is kundalini.

When the body sleeps and the I-self becomes unaware of the body, kundalini conducts the breathing functions, the heart beat and other aspects.

How to wake up kundalini:

MiBeloved’s Response:

Kundalini is already being aroused. For example in sexual climax, kundalini is aroused and expresses itself as overpowering sexual pleasure. In times of great excitement like for instance in war time or in emotional incidences, kundalini expresses itself as intense regret and even as very deep remorse or as loving feelings which are intense.

The best thing is to study how kundalini is already being aroused and then try to go from there.

Raising kundalini up the spine into the head was done by yogis who used the pranayama breath infusion method, but there are cases of persons who aroused kundalini in that way by visualization or focus. A person named Gopi Krishna became famous after describing a spontaneous experience with kundalini.

Even though nature introduces one to sexual experience after the body reaches puberty, nature does not usually show one a method of making kundalini enter the brain through a sensational arousal. We can take it as a fact, that generally nature has no intentions of allowing kundalini to raise into the head but it does have every intention of arousing kundalini to energize the sexual organs and their related functions.

Therefore the place to start investigating kundalini is through sex experience.

Subtle body/divine body

MiBeloved’s Response:

Kundalini is part of the subtle body but it is not part of the divine body. In the divine body the spirit itself is the body, while in the case of the subtle body, the spirit is an inhabitant of that psyche.

This subtle body has kundalini and subconscious memory in the trunk of it and in its head, it has senses, conscious-memory, an intellect, a sense of identity and a core-self.

Raising of kundalini may result in kundalini going upward through the spine, jumping from one chakra to the next. If it reaches into the neck then it might go further into the head. If it reaches into the head it might go through the crown chakra (brahmarandra) or through the third eye brow chakra (ajna chakra), or it might pierce through any other part of the head.

Reaching the infinite is also a possibility.
