I have a question. IS the above anyway, related to Tibet Neela tantra???. When Kundalini descends from Top chakra --when it passes through heart chakra--We stabilize the energy at that center through a breath technique "alaoma viloma. When the energy stabilizes at heart chakra, you get the same amount of bliss for long. Again when it descends to naval area, what is the effect? When you do Kapala Bhati or Bhastrika--will it change its flow pattern?
I need an answer, because, i have related medical challenge on this area and would like to take it further on. ??
Namaste.
MiBeloved's Response:
Tibet Neela tantra is divided into two parts. One is used for being absorbed in the energy of heart chakra to stabilize the ascetic from the rigid reactionary austerities. For instance mahayogins like Milarepa did austerities in the beginning with motive to get back at his bad relatives. So when this happens and the person reaches the top chakra, he or she reaches there from a contaminated stage.
Either by direction of a guru or by being inspired, he then has to go back down to the lower chakras and find the impure motivating energies and remove them, but while he does that he has to get some bliss energy satisfaction to free him from negativity. In that case there is the effort to reach the heart chakra as you described.
Some ascetics however go down to the base chakra and try to uproot it because it carries in it certain strands of survival energy which are impure and which would cause more transmigrations in the material world in a hunt for survival opportunities.
So that is the lower type of neela tantra descent.
The higher type is a descent either through sushumna nadi or through a special tube which is in the center of the neck (not in the center of the spine). So the yogi goes down through that and gets into the causal body (karana sharira).
If he goes through the sushumna nadi, then when he gets to the heart chakra on the spine, he has to remain there for a time and wait to be transformed into a subtler state and then he finds himself in this cosmic space which is the causal body.
If he goes through the neck, then he immediately finds himself in the causal body.
This causal body is not a chakra. It is neither the heart chakra on the spine or the expression of the heart chakra in the frontal chest area. It is in a subtler dimension.
The yogi going there is motiveless because in that place, motive is in bija form only, micro-seed, unexpressed form. Nothing there is expressed, or carries any polarity.
The yogi does this to get some idea of what he was before he became whatever he was or in the material world initially, which is basically nothing in terms of what we perceive in the subtle and gross material worlds.

Special notes:
When kundalini drops down from being in the head, either at the crown, brow or at the buddhi analytical orb or at the base of the brain, it does not usually stay at any of the chakras on the spine. It usually goes down quickly to the base and stays there until it is recharged and aroused again afresh.
It is near impossible to hold kundalini at the heart chakra when it is going down. That idea is not practical in most cases. Who is doing that?
What happens is that if kundalini stays up in the head, then the yogi can go down while kundalini stays up there. In other words, kundalini is in the head and the atma self (jivatma) goes down through the light which kundalini is maintaining in its passage while it is in the head.
If a yogi tries to go down with kundalini or to descend down when kundalini is going down, what usually happens is that the observing self is left in blank darkness because the descent of kundalini is due to a lack of prana force pushing it. Its natural state is to be at muladhara chakra and to rise to sex chakra or to navel or heart chakra on occasion and then return to base chakra.

Clarification regarding my sentence above: This statement refers to front kundalini while the neela process you mentioned is dealing with back-spinal kundalini.
Here is the statement again:
But this practice of Tibeti is neither of these processes. Here the sexual energy is drawn out from the sexual area directly upwards. When all of it is dissipated, then the yogi attacks the navel area and takes all of that energy and then at last attacked the lung-chest area and removes that charge. All of this can be achieve by effective practice of kapala bhati or bhastrika rapid breathing.
In that statement kundalini is deprived of its favorite food which is sex hormones. But in back kundalini one has to a feed kundalini the sex hormones and then trick it to make it go up. This is because its habit is to eat the sex hormones and then enjoy the explosion of the prana and hormones as sexual climax in the genitals.
So in this process mentioned above what happens is that you pull up the sex hormones from the frontal part of the body and then pull up the navel formation juices and so you dry up the reservoir of this energy and kundalini has no access to it anymore.
Bhastrika or kapala bhati rapid breathing is used to evaporate the navel juices and the sex hormones so that they do not pool up in the sex kanda bulb, so that kundalini has no access to them and is thus starved to death. That puts an end to its control of the psyche of the yogi and then the yogi becomes a siddha.
However a question might arise as to why anyone would want to do this, if it is possible at all. Well you know the answer just as well as I do, that in being a student of siddhas, one just has to do what they say, otherwise one loses their association. Many of the instructions are just downright alien to human existence. But that is the way it is.

Thanks Michael. great reply. I found a kind of similarity between yours and neela tantra, and hence i raised that.--- But more to that, """you say, while descent, it does not stays there, but gets down to lower chakra fast. That means from your experience tell me, how many days the effects stays in your system??
MiBeloved's Response:
Usually the full effect of raising kundalini last for about 1 hour for the most in my system. There is always a residual effect but it varies from day to day, then over time, years, I find that the system may stay up to the heart chakra.
To be honest if I do meditation without doing breath infusion, the meditation is static and is not of the same quality as when it is done after the infusion. Therefore I always do infusion before hand and have maintained this habit for some years now.
There is a residual effect but it is not like when meditation occurs just immediately after the infusion. I feel in my system kundalini use to go back down to the base chakra and its radiance would spread far if the sushumna passages and the nadis did not get blocked again but these block at the slightest deviation from spiritual focus and they also block immediately if I associate with anyone who does not have as an advance a practice as my own.
This is just my honest experience.
Initially when I took this body, my subtle body sunk to a low level of energy because I took it in a family which had no interest in yoga. The mother and father of the body were ordinary human beings with our usual mundane focus and thus the subtle body once it got under their influence in the father’s body and in the mother’s uterus, it changed for the worse and became just as dense as their subtle forms were.
During childhood however there were flashes of intuition and then the eye used to be open but after I became a family man, all that crashed until I was able to establish this pranayama practice again, which I did in my past life.
In my body the sushumna and the nadis get blocked again right away unless I can isolate myself from materialistic association and from even psychic contact with that.

But when descent, one always feels, a kind of bliss in heart chakra, even after 7-15 days and that means, part of the energy arrested there? or down completely?
MiBeloved's Response:
This statement is not clear to me.
I can say this however, it needs to be determined what kind of bliss energy it is and as to its origin.
There is bliss energy at the chakra itself, then there is bliss energy which the kundalini produces and then spreads into the chakra. Then there is the mix of the two.

What is the relationship between heart enlargement and heart chakra malfunctioning while raising Kundalini process? I might have seen close to 40+ of my mandali friends have heart related (enlargement) challenges after kundalini ascent. Of course, what they practice is a high grade of Vaamachara tradition. Do you find any cause for this? What possibly you think with your experience?
I have different answers, but would like to take further with you on this.
Anyway, I look forward to your reply. Your knowledge is amazing in this subject. Pranams to you. Namaste.
MiBeloved's Response:
If you mean Vaamachar practice which involves rituals and various devis, then that practice is usually flawed because of the lack of purification procedures from Hatha Yoga tradition.
If these procedures nauli, dhauti, nadi shodana are not mastered before hand, then due to impurities in the subtle body, the attempts will produce various contrary effects, because the impurities will be expanded on occasion when kundalini is aroused.
If the student does the hatha yoga austerities before hand or as the practice develops over time, then the heart (physical organ) will actually get smaller in size and the impure substances in its tissues will be extracted from it. But without the hatha yoga austerities, I do not see how the vamachara practices will work in the long run.
The ritual aspects also must be completed by a brahmin who is expert in hatha yoga but usually these pundits do no yoga or do superficial yoga and just focus on the exact pronunciations of the Sanskrit mantras, something which they should be applauded for even though that alone will not purify the ceremonies.
In India especially there is reliance on the special ingredients, the saamagri, the camphor, the various spices and condiments, the rice grains etc.
The pandits and people are thinking that once these are in place it will all work out but unfortunately the cultivation and collection of these sacred ingredients is impure because of modern agricultural methods and chemicals used in raising crops.
First get the nadis cleaned or cleared and then I will understand how kundalini will stay up.
Kundalini will descend unless the person remains in isolation in samadhi as ancient yogis did. But when it descends it will shine itself upwards if the sushumna passages and nadis are not blocked.
