This morning I did a few exercises and yoga stretches and then did some pranayama breathing in a seated position. It’s not much breathing, but I fill up the base chakra region and then apply the abdominal lock (I tighten the abdominal muscles and apply a downward and slightly outward force.)
Kundalini then typically rises up to the head or spreads out into various parts of the body, with greater or lesser intensity.
This morning, kundalini went up into the subtle head. There was golden and white energy, bouncing back and forth in all directions in the subtle head space, rapidly. This went on for 5 to 10 seconds before the energy calmed and diffused in the subtle head space.
The calming down was partly due to a mental force applied by me to come back to normal consciousness.
When I became aware of the physical body again, there was some concentration of energy in the chin, cheeks and upper frontal throat areas.
This experience, indicated to me that the subtle head space is a “solid container” of sorts. Kundalini was enclosed and rebounding within the contained space.
