Kundalini / Intellect : Pleasure Potency

In doing the practice which was introduced by Tibeti Yogi, which is the system of infusing the extremities of the subtle body beginning with penetration into the fleshy part of the thigh, I got from him another key technique:
This is the system of bringing the buddhi intellect organ into the lower parts of the body to meet with the aroused kundalini in those lower parts. Actually this is not a new system because the natural way is for the intellect organ to descend into the body for sexual pleasures.
Question is:
How is the intellect doing this?
Do I cause this?
Is this a supernatural function in the psyche which happens by itself?
Why does the intellect do this only with sexual indulgence?
Tibeti’s process has to with causing the intellect to come down into the lower trunk to experience the small kundalini spreads which occur there. What is the value of this?
My guess is that this frees the student yogi from the need for sexual pleasure, in that the intellect which is a pleasure-starved organ gets its needed quota of such pleasure when it comes down into the trunk of the body during the rises of kundalini in the lower extremities.
When kundalini goes into the head, it immediately looks for and links itself to the intellect organ but when the kundalini sparks in the trunk of the body or into the thighs and arms, the intellect organ is not linked to kundalini and as a result the kundalini spread-energy is not interpreted in the psyche as a pleasure energy.
Tibeti Yogi left some information in the astral planes which states this:

“Due to attachment to the pleasure potency energy, a student must strive to overcome that in a practical way, in the way of actually using the pleasure energy. But for the use of it the intellect must be involved since in the psyche interpretation takes place through the intellect. If the intellect reports that certain potency is not pleasure energy, then the psyche will regard that potency as being pleasure less. Therefore when one reaches the stage just before creating the yoga siddha body, one has to trick the system by bringing the intellect to wherever the kundalini energy will burst outside the head of the subtle body.
“To draw the intellect down into the body in this way, make no effort to relocate the intellect. Instead do a consistent practice, on and on and on, while having confidence that at a certain stage the intellect will become curious and will come down into the trunk of its own accord. This will happen after sufficient practice. The student should be confident.
“Just as by its own interest in sex pleasure the intellect comes down into the body to enjoy sex arousal and sex energy climax, it will come down for the small kundalini burst even when the sex organs are not involved. This will happen eventually but the student must have a confidence that this will occur.”
