Kundalini in the Extremities

I am still working on targeting the base of the base chakra. As explained previously the base chakra and the place which it is fused to are two different features. This practice is to target the base which it is fused to which is not the base chakra, which is known as muladhara.

This morning while working on this, I got some instruction from Rishi Singh Gherwal who said that I should push the air through a tube in the lower legs. When I did this, the tube got infused so much that it was full of rushing white energy, like white heat which shows on a very hot piece of metal. After that the white heat spread out into the feet.

The extremities of the hands and especially those of the feet are hard to reach places in nadi-shodana practice. Nadi-shodana is Sanskrit for purification of the nadi subtle tubes practice. Shodana comes from shuda a Sanskrit word for purification. Some yogis feel that there is only one nadi-shodana practice which involves alternate breathing with a count proportion method but there are other kriyas for nadi-shodana.

A question may be asked as to why bother with the feet if you are striving for liberation which concerns the mind more or less. The answer is that the mind is connected to the kundalini system and the two of these move with the self at the time of exiting the body at death.

If the self could leave the body and leave with just the mental chamber without kundalini, there would be no need to be concerned with kundalini in the long range. But since the self has to lug both the mind chamber and the kundalini, then it is necessary to take kundalini into account.

For that matter a person who is not proficient at meditation will find that at death, the kundalini leads the way out of the body with the mind and the self following like obedient tourists who happen to be in the control of an insane tour guide which is the kundalini, where the tour guide will take them, they do not know. The only thing they know for sure is that it will take them to another body, where, when and why, they are not in knowledge of that.

For a student yogi, the task of reaching the extremities like the toes and fingers is a daunting one, but if one proceeds with a steady daily practice, one will over time achieve the penetration of these parts of the psyche.

If you do not do it who will? Will it be your guru? Will it be Krishna or Shiva? My point is that if you do not do it, then it will not be done and you will leave this physical body with a low energy kundalini force and with the consequences which that entails.
