Kundalini in Sacrum

Breath Infusion session was great. I worked on reaching the sacral bony area. This is a hard to reach zone. Many students neglect this area because mentally this area does not come into focus. This area however is important in the quest for complete subjugation of the kundalini. It is the place where kundalini hangs out the most. It is the fort or military stronghold of kundalini. A full invasion of this place has to be achieved before one can hang the flag of victory in kundalini yoga. This sacral area curves around from the back to front. It is the area which is concerned with evacuation, hormone storage and sexual expression.

This area is so important that as a fetus, one’s head stays in this area hanging up-side down waiting for passage outwards. One remains in this area of the mother’s system under the influence of kundalini energy.

Sacrum

I was reaching this area because of mastering more of the agnisara practice. Suddenly after years of practice, this area which was hard-to-reach or which was just a blank during practice, lit up and I could see how the energy is distributed through it from front to back.

When I sat to meditate, there was naad at the back going upward, pulling the core self into its influence. I decided to stay with it and to wait for naad light to appear instead of moving forward.

Now and again a thought energy would flash to me but this flashed as a tiny icicle or as a tiny sliver of clear or light-yellow colored glass. Then that idea disappeared. The energy in these slivers was such as to generate my interest to see more but I curtailed that interest and stuck close to naad.

Just a reaction: structurally it seems the sacrum within the body looks very much like a fortress compared to other parts and it provides a complex bones construction; a very strategic location. And, this is further reflected in the subtle since the body gets its blueprint from there.
