Kundalini Front Loop

This morning I worked on a new energy loop which I am in the process of creating in the subtle body. This is to change the way the base part of the subtle body is designed, for adoption of a yoga siddha form.
I would be interested to hear reports of persons who are doing this by mantra alone, or by grace of guru alone, or by visualization alone.
The initial kundalini yoga breath infusion practice is shown in the diagrams below. When this is completed then one can move to higher process like the one I am doing now which causes kundalini to go in the opposite direction, down the spine across to the front inside of the body and then up the front inside of the body.
Study these diagrams to get a feel for the initial process which must be completed. The arrow head shows the infusion energy travelling around the front loop, then up the back loop.

I was one of those doing mantra and mild pranayam to little avail. Thus, thanks again for your teachings. The diagrams are very explicit.

The thing is Alfredo that still the ascetics should honestly say what they did get or are getting from these other methods.
Even if it is a little it should be reported, and also how each process compares with the other.

But the thing is, Michael, that they rarely do.
It is just easier to pretend, or even better to let your surrogates and disciples do the pretending, that you are one, see no differences in others and all kind of goodies. I know better, been there done that. Especially on the "no-differences" thing, the hypocrisy is galore.
Now, I know you are leery of criticism of other Gurus or sampradayas, so I hope I do not offend your sensibility, but my experience in the mantra front and the Kriya Yoga front showed me that the followers advance little and mostly stay in some stupor zone, alas, a month of your pranayama followed by meditation is worth 5 years or more of those other practices I mentioned.
The problem is that these practices rarely reach critical point or mass, so the chances of a fall from yoga are very great, and always imminent. Now, I have seen these with the Swamis, a few of which were my friends. If they can't make it, imagine the chances of the normal grihastha, part-time yogi, disciples!
I wish more yogis would see the value of what you have accomplished so far in this sojourn, which is very great, so they can benefit from it as I have.

I agree with your points.
The problem is that people are reluctant to do pranayama and the reason for that is the influence of the gunas. The gunas is what prohibits a person from doing the pranayama.
So like that compassion is appropriate because the modes do not always allow a person to realize or to even know in part that they are controlling the person. It is a type of hypnosis.

Very interesting way to put it.
I guess it must be Tamas, the main impediment.
A Sattvic attitude must predominate, of course, but in your practice there must always be a sprinkle of Rajas, or one won't make it.

Rajas is the battery and starter mechanism which gets the practice started.
The reason that is necessary is that the tamas overcomes the system during sleep and one has to move from tamas to rajas to get to sattva. So as soon as the system moves to rajas, one has to turn on the ignition and in that way one can use rajas to reach sattva
pranayama is the method of using rajas like this.
pranayama burns up the rajas like a carburetor burning gasoline.
but religious people in ashrams feel that they are only under the influence of sattva because that is what their guru says or what their scriptures tell them or it is what they interpret from what they hear and it is a terrible untruth.
It is not possible so long as one is in the material world to be free of any of the three gunas. There may be an adjustment of the percentage of each but one cannot be totally free of them and so one has to learn how to use them to increase the influence of sattva.
To move from tamas to sattva one has to use rajas, one cannot use sattva to achieve that because it is not within reach while one is under the spell of tamas.
The student has to be practical in that way and stop being a jackass with a high sounding useless method of spirituality.
