Kundalini practice is affected by changes in diet and changes in the daily schedule. Kundalini manages the material body. Thus any change in routine affects kundalini.

 

A change in diet affects the digestive apparatus and the excretion system. These all affect the energy distribution of kundalini.

 

If you change your daily schedule, then kundalini has to adjust to that. This affects practice.

 

More or less, one has to know that if one changes the diet or schedule of daily social activities, then the next practice session might be different. For example, yesterday my diet routine and schedule were changed. Subsequently when doing the morning session of exercises, I had to do much more practice to cause kundalini to rise. In addition during the session I had to go to evacuate the body. Whenever that happens one should return to the session and continue the practice from where one stopped before the evacuation.

 

One should also make every effort to infuse air energy into the gap which is created by the evacuated matter. These stools held energy and when they were evacuated there was a deficit space created. That space should be filled with fresh air energy. In addition for the evacuation of stools, the kundalini used negative air energy like carbon dioxide. And this should be pulled out of the body by rapid breathing as well.
