Kundalini "Awakening"

Michael!
Here we see that the student yogi first learns to raise the Kundalini force with pranayama at least once daily, an initial process that should be continuous for months, if not years, to start getting results.
But there are others who say that Kundalini can be awakened and remains as such, and can even kill or disturb the practitioner. Or that it just awakens in some people, all of a sudden. Point in case, Pandit Gopi Krishna and his experience. These people, I have found out, are often skeptical about the process of raising it daily. I guess they don't see the Kundalini as merely the "life force".
What say you?

Those who do not see it as the life force and who do not know that it is the same sex force which they are eager to exploit every night, are not ready to do kriya yoga, and so they fool around with partial methods.
That is just fine because everyone is not at the evolutionary level to deal with kundalini in a comprehensive way.
Kundalini even controls the astral projections, the sleep and wake cycle and so on, and these people, many of them who have the once-in-a-while experiences with it, do not understand that.
It is okay that everyone is not ready to deal with it straight on. We have to be content with that. Leave others alone and just proceed quietly with the individual practice. We do not need to tell the whole world about our achievements.
Yoga, after all, is to be done in isolation at least that is what all the real serious books suggest. It is not a group effort. It is not a news item.
Gopi Krishna was not interested in following Patanjali to the letter when he had the experience at first and wrote his first book. We are disciples of Patanjali and we follow it in the academic way which he laid out and also in the way the Gita speaks of spiritual development. So the information from others like Gopi Krishna is just fine as a novel to read in our spare time. Otherwise it has very little value because it does not deal with it from a thorough scientific method.
There are professionals and then there are amateurs and people who tinker around. We are trying to go with the professionals and so what the amateurs do is of interest as a side feature only.

You know what? I was thinking about this for quite a while!
Usually those people are seeing the Kundalini as a divine energy which should be respected and should awaken whenever Kundalini itself feels like it. most people on the internet and many sites are teaching the awakening of kundalini in a way that you first must purify your body in order to awake kundalini in a safe manner in a non forceful way, because most of these people believe that if you awaken kundalini in a forceful way that person might have energy overload problems, kundalini syndrome, go crazy like you mentioned.
I doubt most symptoms that people described have anything to do with Kundalini.
I always found this quite bullshit, since when I raised kundalini in full charge for the first time to the head, I didn't have any purification degree back then, and I raised kundalini mildly a couple of times before the next coming days.. so why did I manage to spark and raise it a few things without any purification back then? back then I had a very easy time to spark the kundalini and I hardly did practice, actually you could say I didn't practice I just did some breathing randomly in the day. I didn't know much back then and some sites suggested that sometimes once kundalini gets raised it stays permanently, going from chakra to chakra, never returning to the base again.. so I always went with the thought that I should try to raise it again and if I am lucky it will stay and my job is done.
I will never understand why back then I could spark the kundalini in matter of minutes without any hard practice, and now that I really use aggressive force it won't even move a bit.

Thank you for clarifying that doubt.

MiBeloved's Response:
Kundalini is a divine energy because it creates the body as the embryo, so in that sense these people who are fascinated about it are correct. But when you reach a certain stage and you get some association from a siddha, all that childish talk disappears.
Kundalini has no intention of allowing the core-self to run anything. Kundalini rules with an iron hand. See the story about King Puranjana in our book file section at this site and get some understanding about the serpent in the story. It ran everything on its own without the king doing anything.

MiBeloved's Response:
It is not true that one has to be completely purified to raise kundalini into the head but what is true is that kundalini will not stay up consistently there if one is not purified.

MiBeloved's Response:
This is untrue. It is not true that it does not return to the base. It does but the person may still retain a little of its arousal effects. Just like when you take LSD, you may have flashbacks after the drug has been washed out of your brain. The LSD is gone but the brain might re-fire in the way the LSD caused it to operate.

MiBeloved's Response:
This is horsecrap. It is not going to happen. You will have to practice for a long time and change the configuration of the subtle body before this can happen. Kundalini will resume its hiding place which is the base chakra, unless you have got the power to root it out of there. That will never happen until you become a siddha.

MiBeloved's Response:
This is because that is how kundalini operates all by itself, where mostly it is animalistic and where in a little way, off and on, it is divine. But if you want to change that then you have to work for it.
Look at how many years it took humanity to have electricity on a consistent basis. It used to be that you experienced it in a lightning storm. So now why say something like, “Why was there that storm during that dark moon night when we saw that flash of lightning and now we have to generate the electricity by running a dynamo in a plant?
So there is no explanation for it, no more than there is one for lightning strikes. Nature does these things and it appears to be haphazard but there is an order to nature’s methods and that system cannot make sense in our little framework as puny beings.
Can you imagine a mosquito trying to figure out why there is light in a house in the middle of the night, when the insect knows damn well that that is some sort of magic because the sun has long set?
Can you see that mosquito frying its little brain trying to figure that out?
