Exercise session was great this afternoon with some work done on the pubic floor and the neck. The neck is troublesome area where energy flow between the trunk of the subtle body and the head of it, is constricted and limited. The way the kundalini has set up the system of energy distribution in the body, the head is supposed to serve the interest of the kundalini. The kundalini for its part is interested in survival, exploitation and reproduction. As such the brain as the stooge of kundalini invests its main energies to procure forms for kundalini to survive in and enjoy, then to beget forms for kundalini to secure its passages back into the environments of its exploitive interest.

In kundalini yoga the idea is to break this tendency of kundalini. Part of the process is to remove the constructions in the neck. If that is done, then energy flows up from the trunk of the body into the neck and then into the head, and this breaks kundalini’s grip on the psyche.

Kundalini is like a king who has a strong reserve army. To defeat this king one has to disband his warriors. Once he is weakened like this, he can be subjugated. The main warrior force of kundalini is the sex hormones in the body. If a student yogi can distribute that energy all over the psyche and stop it from pooling in the groin area, then the conquest of kundalini is assured.

The breath infusion session should not be just a matter of taking in so much air, compressing it into the blood stream in the lung and then distributing it. As this happens others things take place which are related to psychic perception and an in-depth knowledge about the layout in the psyche.

When I sat to meditate, I could not get it together. There were some disturbance energies which prevent any deep meditation but I was able to reach naad sound off and on and naad light too. It was sporadic. This is because of a bit of bad luck where certain associations which are hostile to yoga practice, are currently reaching me.

There is good weather and bad weather. There are good sessions of meditation and those sessions which are not progressive. A yogi has to push on regardless.
