Is AI gradually destroying human critical thinking?
I wanted to post this because I had a similar experience when I used another AI tool Grammarly https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grammarly to write a letter. When I reviewed it days later, I did not recall using its assistance. However, it was a couple of hours later, during my meditation session, when I flashed back to the moment I wrote it and could see myself using it.
Confirming their reference to " which likely reflected a bypassing of deep memory processes."
We should stay vigilant.
