Today during practice, I noticed some improvement in the neck area, not in the spinal column sushumna nadi passage but in the flesh area of the neck and in the corresponding area in the subtle form.

This area is a hassle to purify. First in kundalini yoga it is all about sushumna nadi, blasting it out so that energy can pass up from the base chakra into the head. Okay but that whole practice which takes years to master is just preliminary.

Preliminary?

Sure yoga is a long course, not an overnight salvation process.

The energy in the neck area was a type of light energy, like rays of light going in every direction. This happened after the infusion process caused the infused breath energy on the subtle side, to flow into the neck.

I kept the practice going for a while and then the light in the neck flowed. It was moving up to the head unobstructed by that fleshy area of the neck. Energy was gushing out of the neck passing into the head.

When I sat to meditate, naad sound was blaring on the right side near the ear. Then I tried to move into naad light but before I could complete that there was this node at the right side of the subtle head and from it energy was pulling and pushing. This occurred because the breath infusion energy had somehow concentrated at that place. I focused on this because in meditation after breath infusion one should catch naad immediately and then link into the higher level energy which the infusion caused.

I stayed in this energy of naad and the node energy for a time, and then there was a flash of a scene from an astral encounter I had during the night.

This caused the meditation to come to an end because this flash has a power to shift me out of the higher level of consciousness.

During the night my astral body was in Guyana where I was with an old man who treated me as a son while he used his last body. He is deceased and even though was talking to me in the astral world, I could not see his body. He was like an invisible person talking. We had a long talk and then I began to observe how he was living in the astral world in a place which only had dirt roads and very primitive conditions.

I could see his house, the road it was on and some astral projected bodies which came to see him, but I could not see his form, even though I could hear everything he had to say.

There was a type of sunlight there but there was no sun in the sky as there is here.

I had an encounter with a dead uncle. (experience #118) I was looking for him during the projection. A wind like force took me to see him. As I approached him all the light went out before I went around the corner. I walked in total darkness about 20 feet, said my words and extended my arms in gratitude. I said I was proud of him, even though not many people shared the same sentiment. I extended my arms to touch him, a moment later he grabbed me by the lower arms. He never spoke. I remember bending over to and touching the ground because I couldn't see, I then realized I was still there and that's when I spoke to him. The experience was set up in way that appeared to be an actual encounter. But I have some questions. I woke up. Unfortunately he died very sick after losing his legs to diabetics and lack of circulation started to rote his vitals. ;(

I wondered why the light went out just before seeing him. What would be your take on why I couldn't see my uncle?

Was it me that didn't want to see him looking sick, was it him that he didn't want to show himself because he didn't feel ready or could it be that I simply lost my vision at that particular moment out or random luck? I do not know.

By the way, I saw some interesting alien life forms in this experience, right before encountering him. If it was really him, can't be certain.

His subtle body was of low energy because of the drainage of energy during the sick phase of his last days with the physical one. This causes the subtle body to disappear on the dream level of the subtle plane, which would make it impossible for you to see him unless you lowered the vibrational level of your subtle body or unless it was lowered by some other cause. And that is dangerous because you never can tell if that will stick with your subtle body which would result in your showing symptoms of the same sickness in your physical form.

Usually a materialistic person passes off by leaving the physical body through the anus. This is because the kundalini becomes occupied with the evacuation problems and also with the mobility problems in the legs and feet.  Because the kundalini is attached to the base chakra, it will if it can, force all the psychic adjuncts and the self itself, to come down there to exit the body at death.

This might sound way out there and it is but what is obvious in our lives is that after puberty the kundalini keeps pulling us down to at least the sex chakra. During climax of sex experience, that is what it does. So it is already proficient at pulling the adjuncts here and there.
