Investigative Interest during Meditation Removed

This morning session had many instances of kundalini raising. The way it is that so long as one does not use out the sex hormones, there is a likelihood that kundalini will raise on a consistent basis as prompted by the infusion of breath energy. After practicing for some time, kundalini should stay up continuous but our life style might prevent that. Thus it is necessary to practice daily to prod kundalini on a regular basis.
As usual there were thoughts which were distracting and I dealt with those in the usual way of confronting them or infusing them with breath energy during the session. These thoughts are tiny instances of mental invasion but nevertheless they carry with them a power to disrupt practice by causing the focus to shift away from wherever it should be placed. The thoughts are demanding and they represent the social demand being made by someone upon the yogi.
A yogi cannot legitimately avoid all social demands, and therefore we see that when Arjuna wanted to side-step warrior duties, Krishna pressed him to complete them anyway. Even vicious work which is a duty has to be performed or it will bring unfavorable consequences. Just the other day somebody was criticizing violence to me but we cannot make spiritual progress without discipline. In fact in human existence violence will be committed and it must be used in some instances if we want to bring about permanent change. One such permanent change is to raise kundalini. If you can raise it by talking to it nicely, by loving it and so on, then please do so.
A yogi should promptly take care of social demands, for if he or she does not, then these demands will have the power to distract one during the exercises and during the meditation session. Some such demands are not mandatory and those can be dismissed by one method or the other but the ones which are legitimate cannot be nudged by any means except by execution of those social duties.
During the last 20 minutes of the exercises, I was able to work on the head of the subtle body. More or less kundalini yoga is an effort to work on the base chakra and cause kundalini to move up the spine, all the way up or just partially. If one is successful in moving kundalini into the head, once or twice or thrice during the exercises, then one can shift the focus and work on infusing energy directly into the head of the subtle body. With kundalini being in there, up in the head, the infusements will operate to clean out any mental or emotional energy which is from a low plane of existence or just from the plane which we usually function on.
When I sat to meditate, naad sound was barely audible. I noticed that it sounded differently and that it was very distant like if it was coming from a billion miles away and was barely reaching where I was. I tried to situate the self in it but that was not possible because it was too far away, like something in a distant galaxy which is seen as a pin point through a telescope. I did however place the core self as near to it as possible in its direction of travel. A faint energy of it was coming in through the right top of the head and so I positioned the core-self there.
I immediately looked forward after doing this, because the head of the subtle body was free from thoughts and any other types of mental and emotional low energy forces. When I looked forward, the third eye was forming an in-and-out energy moving with a purplish brownish hazy energy which seemed to form behind me and then gather and move towards to the center of the eyebrows and then collect in a circular shape, recede away from me and then disappear. This kept happening on and on for about ten minutes and then this stopped and the third eye space was stable with a misty haze.
I did not stare at the haze with a sharp focus because if one does so, it sometimes disappears as if it does not desire to be focused on and has the power to stop one’s perception of it. In doing so one has to stare but remove the investigative interest from the staring energy.
I did this for about ten minutes. This is a practice which is recommended in many of the kriya yoga lineages. It is said that if one does this, then a bright star will appear but it does not always happen as stipulated and hoped for by some yogis. Rishi Singh had repeatedly explained that the yogi should work with breath infusion practice to put the psyche into the desired dimension where supernatural perception will be possible and that the yogi should not impractically and stubbornly remain in some low dimension and imagine that he can change his psyche or make himself go to some higher plane.
