Lumbar area

The cage of the lumbar area of the body is the reverse brain of the body. Just as the skull serves to keep a brain housed, so the bones which form the lumbar cage keeps the ever-radiant kundalini life force housed.

It is important that when one has mastered kundalini to a degree to where one can do pranayama and get it to rise in the head in a jiffy, then one should stop and consider the sacral bones.

One should study this part of human anatomy and then mystically check this area of the body very carefully. Kundalini runs its operation from the energy generated in this area of the body, just as our thoughts are generated from energy in the head of the body.

If the student will ever take control of the kundalini and manage its operations for spiritual advancement, the self will have to seriously take a look at this sacral area.

I have been cracking my spine a lot lately...even that lower area.

Very loud pops. Is this no good for health? I can crack all along the spine...I just do not know if i should keep up this "habit"?

It is what is happening in the subtle body which is our concern. Anything you do physically which is affecting the subtle and causing increase in psychic perception of the subtle is okay.

But just to be doing physical exercise without subtle results is not the thing.

There are many experts at asana yoga and also gymnasts and contortionists but they are not yogis because they have no perception of the subtle.

The physical process of exercise by itself has nothing to do with you even though it is passed for yoga in the West where we are crazy about developing physical beauty.

Yoga is also not part of a sports system.

Keep the mind inside the body when you are exercising and you will develop psychic perception over time.
