Infused energy pitched into the subtle head

Breath Infusion practice this morning was great with no reinstatement of the usual kundalini in the spine. For the first 20 minutes it was all about infused energy, kundalini energy, all over the trunk and thighs of the subtle body. Energy fired left and right, up and down, with many colorful energy micro-pixels of light.

In this configuration the trunk of the subtle body had this energy diffused in it evenly everywhere. No area had a special pleasure charge which was distinct or intensified in reference to any other area.

After that 20 minutes when the entire trunk and the thighs were saturated with energy, energy began to move through the shoulders and the neck, the fleshy part of the neck. This was like tiny micro-pearl-beads shimmering upwards with a bliss aspect.

When some energy moved through the neck in this way, there was a cool heat in the neck like if one had rubbed a menthol cream.

I kept doing the infusion, and then Srila Yogesh sent an instruction which read:

Throw it in the head! Throw it in the head!

This was an instruction to take the energy which reached the neck and pitch it into the head, the way one might pitch a heaven coin a distance with the throw of a hand.

Doing this, I found that the energy went up in the head and then subsided as if one threw water in the air, where it rises and then gravity pulls it to the ground.
