I have never experienced any of them so if you have undergone one (or both) are they experienced the same way? I have seen people jump and faint with holyspiritual exp and Kundalini (flow of energy / sacred fire up the spines) may also invoke similar exp i believe.. or is it more in meditating stance and not jumping. Open my eyes but only if you have encountered them or seen them personally.

According to the Christian Theology, the Holy Spirit is external to the person and then it influences the person, and it comes and goes.

Kundalini is inside the body of the person. It is always there and it is the life force of the body, and conducts most of the activities. It does not come and go. So long as the body is alive, kundalini is within the body as its life force.
