Breath infusion session this morning was another improvement where the entire psyche configuration was felt without a neck and limbs being separated by a different kind of energy. The whole system has one type of very elevated charge.

The practice I used, is a system of apana energy withdrawal, which was a technique deposited in my psyche by Tibeti Yogi. This is a reaching down into the trunk and limbs to pull out the apana energy wherever it is hidden in various tiny nadis and in compact clusters in the subtle body.

This is a wonderful process since it removes all heavy astral energy which is lingering here or there. As soon as the apana is extracted, immediately it is displaced by the fresh prana that is infused by the bhastrika pranayama.

This causes dark areas of the astral body to be filled with astral lights, striking bright.

I remember when I last saw Tibeti’s astral body it was in an old wrinkled Tibetan body with a slight gold orange color and it was not clean looking. So externally that body would not have qualified for anything holy. But internally it was a different matter, immaculate within the subtle body, the energy within it.

I know some brahmins from India and some from other places, who are very picky about external cleanliness of the physical body. This is also a justified stipulation because it is a rule of ritual that anyone who is doing deity worship should be immaculate by taking bath and putting on holy tilak clay markings.

But many of these brahmins are mentally unclean in that they are always planning how to exploit the gullible devotees who attend temples, mandirs and the like. These brahmins have no idea about pranayama. They assume that by mantra, japa and ritual acts their inner subtle configuration is cleaned up.

Really?

So much for their idea after one has done the pranayama practice to this extent, one only smiles when one hears about their level of holy cleanliness.
