Heavy Astral Body - A Lost Soul

Experience #160 from January 14, 2011 called, “heavy astral body".  After watching an episode of Ancient Aliens on the History channel I felt very tired and went to lay down for a nap. About a minute later I heard a very high pitch screeching sound accompanied with a higher cycle vibration. (usually it would be a lower pitched or more of a subtle sensation) My mind was extremely tired and I knew that if I didn't do something about that I would probably lose consciousness, so immediately after I noticed the screeching sound I started to count very fast while attempting to move out of my body. Initially it felt like I was going to have difficulty rolling out of my body, but once I was outside something was different. I was very heavy unlike a usual OBE. The effects of gravity were greater than in physical waking reality approximately 2x than normal. This denser and heavier state made me super conscious. My emotional response, ability to reason and vividness where an exact copy of my physical waking reality. The objects had their own density and weight, and my favorite reality state check failed (fingers through the palm of the hand). I looked to the window and noticed it a bright multicolor light passing through outside and behind the closed blinds and curtains; it must have been a strong light to leak through.

I struggled for a moment to regain my balance. I then heard a voice talk directly to my mind; it was the voice of a friend guiding me. He said to me: "The way is on the left", I responded "oh thanks so much man, you know I have high regards for you", he replied "yeah I know, thanks". I went out the door and through the living room. I felt a creepy feeling even though it was daytime because of the realness of it.  I walked as quickly as I could to exit the house. I applied the force required to open the door knob.

I then realized it was the same as waking reality. My thoughts at the time where that if I didn't know I could wake up or was in a type of astral realm, I would without a shadow of a doubt believe that I was 100% in the real waking physical life. As I type this experience right now, I feel this could still be a type of illusion. It's beyond profound to put into words. Which one is more real, really? Do we even know what the reality of human perception is? It’s utterly ridiculous for me to believe that this waking physical reality is all that exists after all this.

I saw a car parked in the driveway; it was a black Honda Accord, early 2000 model. I was curious to see a different car in the driveway, so I opened the door and checked inside for documents. I found a wallet and the most significant paper I found was a business card. I got out of the car and walked towards the street.

Angry As I walked a bit worried and very thoughtful about what was going on, I saw a black Honda CRX (probably a 1987-88 model) pull into my driveway.  I believe he saw me from the distance standing in front of the house as he drove passed my street. I was surprised to see the physics of all this mimic waking physical reality absolutely. A black man gets out of the car and looks at me extremely angry, as if ready to strike.  My first reaction was to try and call him down, so just apologized for no particular reason. I said to him: "Hey man, I am sorry ok", he responded "you better well damn be". The exchange of words seems to control the situation, but I still felt threatened. A moment later I woke up in the bed. If this experience had happened recently, I would have handled it differently.

Explanation:

Some astral realms can look very much like physical reality, even to the point of confusing it with actual physical reality.  It is more difficult to discern because of the reciprocal nature of the psyche in response to being in the astral realms.  I will explain.

In physical life many people block realities that contradict their pre-existing beliefs. Too many, it becomes easier to live a life in denial because on earth they can satisfy life's issues by externalizing everything and blaming everyone else; in the astral realms no such thing is possible without confronting the psyche.  In a sense they become addicted to looking for answers outside of themselves and ignoring how their psyche affects the perception of their reality.  A limited capacity of independent thought in physical reality will then limit the psyches probabilities in the astral realms.  This can have dire consequences as the man I encountered trying to vent his anger and not being able to create anything else for himself but his own afflictions.

If the psyche is in the special state after death, (or the subtle body as I learned from this forum) one might not be able to create the state of readiness that is required to be able to see the path to higher dimensions; he will then create a self-destructive psychological astral universe in which he is trapped, with no outs other than endlessly existing in this state and reincarnating. A question to the reader; what could be a significance of the heavy astral body?

If you still think this is the only dimension of reality you better think again.

There is no significance to a heavy astral body. In that experience it was heavy because of the dimension it was in. In the subterranean realms and in other reverse lower astral levels, the astral body is heavy and dense.

There is one special thing you should know, which is that in some instances the astral body is heavy because it is not getting sufficient energy from the life force which is back in the physical system.

If the life force supplies very little energy the astral body will feel heavy or the memory circuit in the astral form will shut down, in which case, there will be astral experience but no recall of what happened.

Many people who are doing meditation and who are taking pain killers and other medication which affect the brain and central nervous system have no recall of astral experiences and it is because their life force is bogged down like an overloaded drained generator and so it cannot supply a power supply to operate astral memory.

The significance to me was that it was heavy because of the dimension it was in it.  It’s not significantly positive, but still significant. A kind of practical gauge to point out the psychological state of those that exists there.  Possibly a way to predict certain encounters associated with the lower realms. The thoughts during experience #530, “Don’t be scared, this can get very weird because there is high density here”. The times that I’ve felt denser environment I’ve encountered stronger emotions.
