During breath infusion this morning, kundalini’s most remarkable arousal was when it came up through the center of the body and entered into the neck. I applied the head-back neck lock where the head is as far back as it could be, chin is up in the air and the neck muscles are kept tight. The mind is very attentive with not even a crack of distraction.

When it entered the neck, it felt like trillions of frosty ice crystals, all putting out bliss energy. This was like shimmering white pear energy. This type of kundalini is the not the same as spinal kundalini. In fact this infused energy did not reach the base chakra, it was a new kundalini energy manifested because of infusing breath in the public area, the navel area and to lower chest cavity.

Later in the practice, there was another of these kundalinis which burst out but this time it was a heat bliss energy in which there was a cream colored energy exuding from the jowls (lower jaws).

I did a knee cap infusion exercise. This caused the knees to shine in the astral world. During the last 10 minutes of the practice, I got an urge from Srila Yogeshwaranand to push on further and to do some practice with focus inside the subtle head. This I did but I found a track and used it, this was where the infusion was traveling in a slant in the central area of the head in a downward slant focusing on the buddhi intellect organ. I did a practice where the frontal part of the head is squeezed with each hand and then I infused with focus on the middle of the head.

When I sat to meditate, after a while, there was a profusion of naad light and then that disappeared, or rather I disappeared from the dimension in which naad was manifest?

Third eye was activated but its perception was not clear because many dimensions were superimposed upon each other like dark shades of light interspacing each other.
