Front Kundalini Details

Breath Infusion practice this morning was good overall with some highlights which I feel should be described.

Front kundalini came up. This is when there are bliss pixels of energy moving up the front part of the body rather than through the central spine into the head (sushumna-nadi).

I was able to make some observations which I did not and perhaps could not make before. Just as when a person comes out of a dark cave, he cannot focus properly on a brilliant light; for instance he looks at the sun then there is just a haze of light and he cannot see that the sun is a particular orb.

So in these experiences initially one gets the wrong idea about them because the lack of a defined subtle perception. However as one continues the practice day after day, one develops the perception required to see what is what. Just as the fellow coming out of the dark cave will in time have clarity.

Front kundalini strikes from two locations. This is what I saw this morning.

One location is the pudenda-perineum nerve circuitry

The other is from a bulb-like place which keeps reserve sexual energy in the subtle body. This is called a kanda. See the diagram below.

If the infused breath energy goes down through the navel region, through the pubic area, and then strikes the base chakra, then what usually happens is that the kundalini will rise up the spine. This is provided the locks are held and especially if the base chakra is restricted so that kundalini cannot express itself in a downwards direction.

Front kundalini is different to this routine of kundalini. In frontal kundalini the energy at the pubic area comes up the front of the body and does not hit the base chakra.

Front kundalini may not involve the base chakra even. It may just be that the infused energy mixes with the reserve sexual energy and then that ignites into a flash force which moves up the front of the body.

What does this feel like?

This feels like millions of pixels of bliss force or as some electrical force broken into micro-bits which spread in a flash up the front of the body and may even reach as far as the shoulders or even pass up through the neck into the jaws and cheeks.
