Force up through Neck in Meditation

Meditation practice was productive. There should be no lapse of time between the breath infusion practice and the meditation, not even a second. One should not linger or wander after the breath infusion and then gradually get to the meditation. The effects of the breath infusion will soon wear off and therefore one should not allow that to happen before meditation.

I have been doing meditation since around 1969 and still today so many years after, I am hustling after breath infusion to get my body into a sitting posture for meditation. So why do I bother with this when so many people think there is no urgency like that and that one can meditate anywhere anytime?

Maybe I am just paranoid about taking advantage of the effects of the breath infusion.

At first when I sat to meditate there was this pushing force which was pushing my subtle head away from my subtle neck. It was very forceful. This would not have been perceived if I was wandering around and did not sit immediately after. After a while this force pushed open the top of my subtle head so that it felt as if it had no top. It felt like a large open space with light shining through it in rays of energy going upwards out of the head. This energy was coming from down below the neck, from the aroused kundalini force.

The physical body also felt this pressure and so I disconnected it from this by keeping my attention on the subtle side only.

This lasted for about five minutes which meant that the full effect of the infusion session which was supervised by Yogi Bhajan, began to subside. I then heard naad sound and immediately realized that I was in the psyche with the golden glow of the naad light. This was a golden glow like at sunrise, just when the sun peeks over the horizon.

I remained in that; this is in the terrain of the psyche. In there I am not in myself but I am one of the objects which are in this environment of the psyche. I was looking around and it was like a sort of gold twilight but I could see.

Then I made a decision to feed on the satisfaction-energy as Tibeti Yogi had instructed me. I was feeding on that energy for a time and then up front there was a light at the third eye.

Before this there were a few thoughts just a few and they appeared in slow motion. This was like when you are at a busy railway station at 2 am on a Monday morning. The place is then like a ghost town and one does not see many people. The place is quiet as one sits there waiting on the train to arrive.

So just a few thoughts came up but when they appeared they froze in their tracks and did not develop as they usually do. They froze into something which was like a piece of thin metal. In that level of consciousness, thoughts are things, solid things. You can pick them up and throw them a distance. Sometimes they shatter and break into tiny pieces like windshield glass.

I spent the last ten minutes or so looking into the third eye.

By then the infused energy had subsided for the most part.
