Flash of Bright Identity Energy

During the mediation session there was a flash of extra bright light overhead. This was from what is called the cosmic ahankara in Sanskrit which is the place where there is the sum total reservoir of identity energies.

Each of us carries one of these identity energies and we have to keep it with us so long as we are in this universe. There is no way to dump this. One has no choice but to keep it because it adheres to the atmas, or core-selves regardless of whether they desire it or not. It is a natural development in manifesting in this type of universe just as puberty’s onset is a natural development of the physical body when it reaches a certain age.

At first when I sat to meditate there was the naad sound by the right ear, which was very loud. Then I shifted into naad light which is a glow of gold light which is all around like moon light with a golden glow instead of with the whitish color of moonlight. Then there was the flash of bright light overhead but outside of my psyche, outside of my subtle head. I saw it like when one is looking on the ground and there is a flash of lightning. One does not directly see the flash but one sees the light which it produced.

After this there was a pushing energy coming up through the neck. It was pushing so hard that the chin was being pushed up and the eyes were rolling up too. I kept the chin down but I let the eyes roll up.

This was happening because during the breath infusion before, I was pulling up energy from the front of the neck through the face through the brow chakra and then on to the brahma randra top of head chakra. This pulling force changed into a pushing force of its own when I sat to meditate.

This gives some idea of how breath infusion may affect meditation practice.
