Time In Dreams:

Im wondering are there any techniques to stay for a very long time inside a dream. I heard some people can pass days, weeks, years I even heard someone had an alternate life where he slept in the dream. I know the regular techniques rubbing hands spinning focusing on an object but that doesn’t work because at some time my body will wake up. Im still in sleep paralysis when I wake up but im unable to do anything after not even project help.

MiBeloved’s Response:

Staying longer in dreams has to do with being able to allow your physical body to rest on this side of existence. It is not so much how long you want to stay but what is your normal focus and your obligations.

If you have many obligations on this side of existence, then those energies will pull you back into the physical side of life. People who have good dream recall and who spend much time in dreams are usually persons who are interested in the dream side of existence, the psychic side. They are more interested in that side than in the physical side.

Due to that their minds are polarized not to be involved so much on the physical side as others are.

This means that if you are finding that your stay on the dream side is short, you should check into the factors which pull you back to the physical side.

Once you identify that, you can eliminate those pulls one by one and so increase your time on the dream side.

Sleep paralysis is really the astral body’s inability to be synchronized perfectly with the physical one and that can happen either when the two bodies are separating or when they are about to be fused for waking the physical one.

To increase the incidences of sleep paralysis, make sure that your sleeping area is ventilated such that fresh air can get to the physical body. Stale air, used air, causes a de-energization in the sleeping physical form which causes sleep paralysis in turn. Sleep paralysis may also be caused by intoxication or drug effects. It can also be caused by the impressions left in the memory when looking at scary movies.
