Distribution of the Bliss Aspect

For breath infusion practice, this morning, I worked on the inner thighs and the leg/ankle areas.

These are hidden areas which even the best of yogis might neglect because of the amount of endeavor it takes to target these zones. The inner thighs are deadly for preventing one from attaining the siddha status because these areas hold sex-impetus force, lust enhancing energies, which divert energy into the sex organ chakras, and causes the lack of distribution of that energy into certain hard to reach areas.

A student, once he or she attains the required determination, should consistently hammer away at the inner thighs until the mood of the energy in those regions change so that the lusty charge there disappears completely. It should spread out evenly through the subtle body and not pool in specific places.

The ankles and the feet are troublesome because of being hard-to-reach. Kundalini has enough interest in these areas while the embryo is being formed but once the body hardens in infancy, the kundalini no longer gives these areas much attention. This is bad for an aspiring siddha.

In as much as we get interested in sexual pleasure and spend most of our adult years being focused on it, so when we first begin to do kundalini yoga practice, we aspire for spinal and brain pleasure through the arousal of kundalini through the sushumna nadi and into the head of the subtle form.

However enough is enough. At some point a student should realize that the extremities like the feet and hands should also have infused energy saturated into them to the extent of feeling the bliss aspect there, the same bliss aspect which is felt at the brahma randra on occasion.

Is the whole subtle body in bliss or is it just the sushumna nadi and the crown chakra?

Should the hands and feet of the subtle body have a heavy astral energy while just the head of it and the spine of it have a high grade of bliss force?

What if the whole body itself converts into one sushumna nadi?

What if the bliss aspect which is sometimes experienced at brahmarandra is felt all over the subtle body evenly in every part of it?
