Distribution of Infused Energy

This morning (July 21, 2012) I did a double session of breath infusion. The air was not as good because I was indoors at an open door due to rainfall outdoors. During the practice I was blindfolded and Srila Yogesh manifested in my psyche directing the practice.
He noted mental distractions in the form of thought packages which had infiltrated into my psyche from non-yogis. These energies acted like enemy squadrons which were instructed to attack, subdue and defeat. Most of their attacks were warded off but a few, about three of the package, got the better of me until I realized that I was being arrested and then I resisted and they disappeared.
It is amazing how these influences penetrate the psyche even of a yogi of my caliber and extent of practice. People who do not even do pranayama who do not understand even a word of the Patanjali yoga sutras either write or speak about their practice being completely free of thoughts.
Who are these people fooling?
A person cannot adapt a total vegetarian diet. He cannot give up his American way of life of luxuries? He is still attached to his status in the developed countries. And he is speaking about controlling all thoughts in meditation.
Is this guy drugged or what?
How much cappuccino did he drink?
Is he smoking pot?
Are those depression pills kicking in?
Is his imagination of thoughtless states that good?
===========================
These thoughts packages of energies in this case, were from relatives mostly. Somehow their idea penetrated my psyche and remained dormant until the time of spiritual practice when they burst out in the mind to lure me into mental association with relatives.
During the breath infusion session, Srila Yogesh showed me something else about pranayama. He was inside my psyche, not just inside the subtle head but inside the subtle body (head and trunk parts of it). He was saying that with pranayama you have several aspects to master which are:
1. Infusion of prana (fresh air on the physical side) in several asana postures.
2. Extraction of apana (carbon dioxide on the physical side).
3. Compression of the infused prana.
4. Passive distribution of the compressed energy in specific postures while holding locks (bandhas).
5. Mastership of 1,2,3 and 4 above for at least 2 years.
6. Dynamic distribution of the compressed energy, while holding locks with jerk movements and wiggling actions to vibrate nadis and make them receptive to the energy distribution.
7. Noting the particular infusion charges in the psyche.
8. Moving those particular infused charges up and out of the trunk of the body into the head of the subtle form.
Previously I mastered this process up to step 5 which I practiced for over 7 years. The proficiency should be gained in two years according to Srila Yogeshwaranand. In my case it took longer because of having distractions during the practice sessions. Each distraction strikes off some progress and causes an increase in the time it takes to gain full proficiency.
These are distractions within the mind chamber itself, not external distractions which are detected and pursued by the senses on the outside of the psyche. These are distractions which are living in the psyche itself.
I moved on to number 6 of the process which is the dynamic distribution of the infused breath energy.
Please be sure to note that this pranayama concerns extraction of apana and implementation of prana. This is not to mix the two energies as in some other pranayama practices.
If for instance one is in the lotus posture doing the infusion, to do the dynamic distribution of the compressed energy, one will wiggle the bottom of the body from side to side and as one does this one will notice that there are little tingling sensation at the bottom of the body as the energy is diffused out. If there is enough of it, energy will rise through the body like little bubbles rising from the bottom of a pond but with bliss feelings and electric charges going off throughout.
As one wiggles and wiggles a time will come when the distribution of energy will cease and then one should begin the bhastrika again to compress and form a new charge. Then as soon as that is saturated, one should stop the breathing and begin the dynamic distribution of that charge of pranic energy.
If one finds that the energy goes into the shoulder like bubbles which are trapped beneath a ledge under water, and that the energy does not rise through the neck and enter the head, then it means that the neck is blocked. More practice over time will cause that blockage to disappear.
