This morning I worked on a kriya for a direct sex energy lift procedure. This is not the standard method which consists of pushing the infused breath energy through the navel area, down pass the groin area and to the muladhara base chakra area. Instead in this procedure a direct thrust of air is sent straight from the lungs into the groin area without passing through the navel region.

In the subtle body there are no lungs involved as in the physical system and while doing this practice, one can directly cause subtle energy to infuse the groin area and bundle up there into a tight ball of rotating subtle force. This ball is then infused so that it begins to smoke out vapors. Then it explodes into pixel fragments which are then drawn up through the neck into the head of the subtle body.
