Direct Lift of Infused Energy / Naad Loop Mix

This morning during meditation session, Sri Lahiri Mahasaya was present. He directed me in the kriya which concerns mixing the sushumna nadi naad sound resonance with the outside-of-the-psyche naad sound. After being positioned in the spine just at the place where the neck joins into the back shoulders, the yogi goes down about 4 inches and then loops around upwards and goes down and then repeats just the loop part of that movement.

See the diagram about the location.

I came because you managed to chase it out. Those yogis who chase it out can receive further instructions. Now try to do the direct lift. Changes in your subtle body would permit that. No need to work around kundalini anymore.

=====================

This was in reference to chasing out the kundalini from muladhara chakra. The direct lift is infusing energy into certain areas of the lower trunk and thighs and then allowing that energy to bunch-up or become compressed at these places. When this energy explodes, the yogi does more breath infusion and lifts it through the trunk of the subtle body, through the neck into the head.

In the beginning practice of breath infusion, this is not done but rather one pushes down the infused energy through the navel area, the pubic loop and to the muladhara chakra. Then when this energy arcs to the base chakra, kundalini is inspired to move from its default residence. This practice is different from the direct lift practice which is described in this post.

Help from advanced yogis is given as soon as the student reaches a certain level of proficiency. Running here and running there after great yogis is a no no. Once you get a valid instruction with a valid process, the next feature is sincere steady practice. If this is done then a yoga master will come to advice one on how to proceed.

The best way to meet the siddhas is to follow their instruction to a tee, and then they come as soon as they sense that one is advancing and needs more methods. From the higher planes of consciousness, yoga teachers immediately know if someone has advanced and needs assistance. This is directly perceived by them. They send help accordingly. Or in this case, a great yogin might come himself.
