Wednesday morning pranayama session was very solid.  The session lasted about 25-30 mins. Throughout the entire session I could feel cool tingling rushing sensation in the lower pelvic region which curled up to the small of the back. I use a padded sleep mask to cover my eyes and ears to allow intense focus into the subtle body.

As I stood up from my final posture (squatting posture) to apply the locks and trap the infused breath in the lower region, I could feel kundalini making its way upward in the subtle body, so I dropped to my knees so it would not knock the physical body to the ground.  As I peered downward into the dark energy of the subtle body, I could see what seemed to be thousands of tiny specks of light headed toward me. Like a star field (see pic below) traveling upward which provided just enough light to momentarily see an outline of the lower region of the subtle body in a squatting posture. Once this rush of energy rose to the subtle head, I again infused more breath into the subtle body to attack kundalini at the base and stood up again applying locks once more. I could see stars everywhere then sat to meditate for 15-20 mins hearing naad off in the distance till the stars faded just as quickly as they appeared.
