This is the final intermediate stage toward continuous Trunk Kundalini:

• Tunk Kundalini has 2 stages, the final stage is the complete Trunk Kundalini takes place continuously: 
  1. Trunk Spray or Bubble Kundalini  (previous post)
  2. Reverse Rain or Waterfall Trunk Kundalini (this post)
  3. Trunk Spray or Bubble Kundalini → Reverse Rain or Reverse Waterfall Kundalini (This post) →  Trunk Kundalini
• This is different from spinal kundalini and has nothing to do with Sushumna Nadi at this stage of Trunk Kundalini
• It feels like the trunk of the subtle body is drenched by Kundalini rain or Kundalini waterfalls from the pelvic bowl. All forms of bliss are possible in this stage

Asanas that trigger this Kundalini:

1. Padmasana & Virasana Variations will surely trigger this
2. Mahabanda & Mahavedha are the build-up to Trunk Kundalini (refer to Hatha Yoga Prathipika, Chapter 3)
3. Mahavedha in Virasana is the key (Mahabandha in padmasana can also trigger this)
4. In trunk kundalini, the subtle aspect is Neck Kundalini.
   1. All of the Neck has to be cleared and the wiggle method is key for neck clearance.
   2. Side Neck holds are key in making the entire neck a conduit for the kundalini to reach the head from the trunk.
   3. Side Neck holds are quite different from the neck wiggle method but the side neck hold is also unique in raising kundalini

• Color: Golden bubbles or spray is shown in pictures
• Texture: Bubble of Kundalini spraying from the base chakra (tail bone location) like buubles or fizz from a Pepsi or soft drink bottle
• Feeling: Like Rain on the body (this is the main difference), not effervescence like in bubble kundalini, it feels like the body is drenched in reverse rain inside from the pelvic bowl.

Important Note:

1. After the bubble kundalini, the reverse rain kundalini is the completion of Trunk Kundalini formalities, from now on trunk kundalini flows freely.
2. This is also a sign that the entire neck acts like a conduit
   1. In spinal and front Kundalini, the neck will not act as an entire conduit, only a certain nadis or subtle veins are in use)
3. This only happens 1 or 2 times, this is an intermediate stage.
4. After this bubbling will not happen again. All nadis or subtle veins and paths are purified for Kundalini to pass thru the entire trunk completely.
