This is a type of Zonal Kundalini as it occurs in certain zones:
- At this stage of practice, this will be the common norm of Kundalini burst.
- This is how non-continuous at varying locations (as shown in picture) for various durations the kundalini burst will take place
- This is a form of cell Kundalini, that happens without the support of spinal kundalini
- Kundalini may or may not choose some locations or some pollutants might be blocking the cell kundalini from bursting
- The intestinal complex is not burning here but it can also burn at certain times (non-continuous)
- As you see in the legs and other parts, the kundalini burst is very non-linear
- It can last up to 30 seconds or 2-3 minutes
Asanas that trigger this Kundalini:
- Agnisara, Padmasana & Virasana Variotaions will surely trigger this
- Mahabanda & Mahavedha will also trigger this (refer to Hatha Yoga Prathipika, Chapter 3)
Both animations are pictures are added below.
- Color: Gold glowing in flame
- Texture: Prickly with flame-like texture as shown in the picture
- Feeling: burning hot to first cold all over the glowing area
Important Note:
- This is a precursor to a whole body kundalini
- After Whole Body Kundalini, this will again be a common norm or other forms of zonal Kundalini
