Today breath infusion has a few highlights, one which happens now again. I feel to mention just in case, it happens to you and you are unable to describe it or have questions about it. In material body, we may use it for forty years or so and still not know what is within it. For instance can you just off the bat tell me what the condition of your spleen is?

Do you know if it is in a healthy condition or not?

Do you know if even you have a spleen?

Were you born with a defective one?

Have you any idea?

And if we have no intimate knowledge about what is in the physical body, do we know what is in the subtle one?

Yes, we have by the grace of medical science some information about what is in the material body, but without that where would we be for data about what is in the material body?

Poking around in the subtle body, over the years, I discovered various parts of it. I took notes after each practice session itemizing what I discovered. Some people feel that I am imagining things.

Okay, those are reasonable views.

But I don’t care about them.

During practice this morning I had an experience of a cork-screw shaped flash of kundalini down the center of the left half of the trunk of the subtle body, and then the same thing occurred down the center of the right half. I show that in diagrams below.

During the meditation that followed, there was good attunement with naad. This is after a week of sporadic contact with naad in meditation. I am back; at least I was this morning, in full attunement with naad. I was able to do the naad light meditation which Sri Lahiri Mahasaya explained to me. I will have to do that for some time, years perhaps, before it begins to pay off in real terms, to put me in touch visually with the chit akash, not by a hit and miss method, not by chance, but by an action in the psyche.
