Core-Self Forward Shift

Meditation this morning was more or less an assault of the core-self on the frontal part of the subtle head.

During practice of breath infusion and also the following meditation, my astral yoga gurus were nowhere in sight. There was however instruction energies left behind by them which I made use of.

If one sticks to a consistent meditation session, day after a day, there will develop a flow of progress, however small, in which one will be confident of staying in touch with and being inspired by advanced yogis.

At first during the meditation naad sound was down in the subtle body and this was due to an infusion which I did in the spinal column, where that place was blasted out in the subtle body.

After a time in the mediation, I would estimate about 20 minutes for the most, the core-self shifted forward in a big way, totally abandoning the back of the subtle head. This happened without any effort on its part, like it was a natural outcome in the session.

Then I realized that I, as the core-self was where the buddhi organ usually is. There was no attempt of anything there to form any pictures or images. It felt as though I could stay there and had no need to go to the default location of the core-self which is back more to the center of the subtle head. I remained there for a time. Naad sound was present there in the form of vibration, without any sound expression.

After I remained there for about 15 minutes for the most, I found myself as the core-self in its default position in the center and then shifted to the back a little. Then there were visions of people. There was one which persisted which was a vision of the woman who accused Dominic Strauss Kahn of sexual misconduct. She was crying that she did not get any compensation from the accused man. There was also a negative energy there for all males who were aware of the incidence but who did not do anything to cause Mr. Kahn to be punished.

That energy had a life of its own and was intending to latch on to anyone who condoned the actions of Mr. Kahn. Interestingly right now in France he is under court proceeding for accusations that he was part of a prostitution ring. He is expected to get out of that offense.

A yogi makes contact with all sorts of energies and circumstances in higher meditation even.
