Concern Energy Discovered

In meditation this morning I discovered a concern energy which flips of its own accord to change into a dependence energy. This energy was investigated by me this morning in the meditation session just after one hour of breath infusion practice.
I, as the core-self, sat there in the middle of the consciousness which is in the head of the subtle body. I was just about to do something, nothing in specific, just to do something, when I noticed an energy which broke out of the core-self’s aura. This was exactly like those sun-burst energies which come out of the sun in a nuclear explosion, which are shown on videos based on what the technological telescopes are reporting.
When these sun bursts leave the sun, they are pulled back into the sun because of the sun’s humongous gravitational pull. A similar occurrence happened, where as soon as this energy came out it was retracted but it flipped and seemed to be a dependence energy when it did so.
I was glad to see this energy visually, because in meditation practice, seeing supernatural objects visually is a huge accomplishment for a yogi. This energy actually came out of the sense of identity psychic adjunct which surrounds the core-self spherically.
As soon as this happened, and I took note of it, then I got to my senses and was no longer like a lost person in dessert. I got to my senses and decided to progress with the meditation while adhering to the naad.
At my level of practice, adhering to naad is the default meditation posture. I may do other things during a meditation but adhering to naad is the home base, so to speak.
As soon as I made that decision to adhere to naad, this concern energy came out again and went in the direction of naad which was located to the back, to the right side of the subtle head.
I noticed this and was glad because this energy can make or break a meditation session. Since it is usually invisible, since it usually expresses its influence while the core-self has no idea of its existence, seeing it visually is a plus for a yogi.
======================
I then took a close look at this concern energy and came to the following conclusion:
-------------
This energy works in two ways only. One method is that it acts as a concern-energy which seeks to nurture something on behalf of the core-self, and irrespective of whether the core-self realizes its actions or not.
The other method is that it acts as a dependence energy, which seeks out something which it can depend on.
======================
What is the importance of this?
First of all, the attitude of either concern for, or dependence upon some other object or energy, comes out of the sense of identity. It does not come out of the core-self. This however does not mean that the core-self can transcend it or stop it from being expressed.
The core self has its innate urge to act. This is what the core-self is all about, but still whenever that act-urge is expressed either willfully or just on impulse, the sense of identity feature will express itself as a concern energy or as a dependence energy.
This causes the core self to either seek out some other reality which it can depend on or to be concerned for some other energy which it feels it is interested in.
In this meditation it was the concern energy which went to the naad sound, an energy which is like a mother with her infants, where she feels that she must be concerned about the infants as top priority.
Question:
Can the core self just get rid of its urge for action?
Is that something which is innate and which cannot be removed?
