Can deceased (relatives for example) be communicated with from the other side, even if their soul has been reincarnated? Since all possibilities already exist and everything is happening simultaneously, I expect that it would be possible. I don't have the full picture though and am unsure how much of the deceased person's personality remains after passing away (lifetime.) Somehow I doubt it'll be the same "person." I'd imagine it largely depends on your projection of the person.

Each soul has an astral body but each soul does not have a physical body. When we have a physical body it means that we also have an astral one automatically. However once the physical body is dead, we are left with only an astral form until we again reincarnate as a baby.

This means that those who are embodied can be astral or physical and those who are deceased and who are not again embodied already can only be astral.

So if someone has passed on and has already taken a new body, that soul can communicate both astrally and physically.

In addition the astral form can change shape and form. For instance if my grandfather passed on some years ago and is now a human being again as a kid somewhere, his astral body can meet mine in the astral world and it could assume its old grandfather form temporarily just to relate to me as it did before. The astral body is capable of such rapid adaptations.
