Citta/Mano/Sense of self/Highest ease
Ajahn Succito is in the Thai Forest Tradition lineage and studied under Ajahn Sumedho who studied under Ajahn Chah who is widely thought to be an arahant.
This talk by Ajahn Sucitto is the only one I’ve heard where there is a description of the relationship between citta and mano. I think inSelf yogis and yoginis will find it fascinating as it is highly psychological and penetrating. He has done thorough research into the adjuncts and does a pretty good job of dismantling the sense of identity while cultivating the presence of mind.
