Christmas in the Astral

Because of the Christmas season, my subtle body was drawn to Trinidad during the night. It was there because of the social pull of a man whom I used to know there around 1966. I had the occasion to stay at his house while awaiting a visa to the USA.

He is now deceased but he lives astrally at the same house which he owned at the time. He was installing flooring and needed help. He also wanted to speak of his sons who were like younger brothers to me.

I helped him install some flooring but every once in a while he would disappear and leave me to finish a part of the work, and then he would return. His mind was obsessed with the completion of carpentry projects. He had no idea that he was in an astral dimension in which such work is totally unnecessary. The need to do something physical was there in his psyche so that the astral existence is to him a physical existence, at least for the time being until his astral body is drawn into forming an embryo in his next mother’s womb.

I just played along with everything he said and did whatever he wanted to his satisfaction. The place was dusty and things were piled up all over but this is the way he is used to. He is just as resistant to hearing about the difference between the astral and physical as he was before he lost the last body. Hence I did not make any effort to discuss that with him.

With him considering himself to be my social senior and taking that seriously, the only way I could favorably relate was to treat him as a father or uncle. He has this idea that I am a part of his family circuit, fitting into his plan of family life with me as a son for performing certain tasks. Such is the life!
