Chit Akash Momentary Contact

I am still working on following some instruction given by Sri Lahiri Baba last month. These according to him should produce certain results in 6 months, if the instructions are followed to a tee.
I do not know that I will follow this to the letter, but I will do my best. That six months might be six years or six hundred years at the current pace. There is always time and circumstances which we term as fate or destiny which affects whether we succeed or fail. No depression intended, even though that is the way it is.
During the meditation session, I again had some improvement in this process for its ability to bring about contact with chit akash during the meditation session which follows a thorough breath infusion practice.
Naad was very evident when I sat to meditate. It was contained in the back part of the head, taking up the full space from top to bottom back. Core-self was lodged into it like a tick which bit down into a dog’s ear.
Focusing on core-self by itself is one practice which is part of the pratyahar sensual energy withdrawal. However the core-self’s reliance on naad is another stage. Core-self unto itself has very little meaning because there is no such thing anyway, no such circumstance as a totally isolated self. It is just not possible. This begs the question as to what is the appropriate reliance of the core self. This is where naad comes in as the first reliance, the first non-harmful energy dependence.
Once you realize that you are a relative being, then the next thing to do is to find a reliance which provides for your wellbeing. Where do you begin that investigation?
As soon as the core-self found itself adhering in naad sound, up ahead was light, a glow of light. According to Lahiri Guruji, the old father, the student should focus in that but in a way to imbibe it to feed on it. He feeds on naad sound and then he also feeds on naad light.
Naad light?
Yes, naad is described primarily as a sound vibration only but there is also a naad light expression. When that is in the frontal part of the head it is like there is no buddhi analytical orb there, like it never existed, No thoughts are generated. The yogi is not terrified by an uncontrolled mind creating this and that sound and image. There is just this glow light and that is all. In the back there is naad sound only and no lights, but in the front there is the glow light.
Then patiently feeding on that naad sound and especially on the naad light, the yogi waits and waits but not in anticipation, not with anxiety and nervousness but as like when a child has taken out half of the milk from the mother’s breast. Feeding on naad sound initially is like when the child was hungry and then began taking milk but the milk was nourishing and still it did not have a specific taste that caused craving in the infant.
But then feeing on naad light is like when the child has extracted half the milk from the breast and there is half of it left to go. The child is neither hungry nor full. The child is neither grabbing the breast nor releasing it. The child’s hand is on the breast. It is neither completely relaxed nor completely tense. The mother looks at the child. She is thinking, “Hurry up, child. What is the matter with this infant?”
Then waiting in naad light in that state of not being totally satisfied and not being greedy either, there happens to appear two very bright lights near to each other, so near that they are touching. These are very bright lights. The yogi sees them and knows that is the chit akash, the wonder of it! But it does not last for long. It is definite beyond any doubt but it only last for about 3 or 4 seconds.
Then after about 3 minutes, there is a flash of light from the cosmic buddhi, a brilliant flash, coming in from the chit akash but from another level of it. That ray strikes the buddhi organ.
The idea behind this practice however is consistent steady contact with chit akash, not this momentary stuff which after all is progression but is not sufficient for success.
