Breath Infusion to Rare Places

Breath infusion practice was a good session. I began one hour late but still I was able to have a good session. A yogi should have the best session early in the morning around 4.30 am. Missing that time is really not preferable. If however one cannot do that, then one should do the best at some other time during the day, and should keep striving to make the commitment of getting up early to do practice.

Never be afraid that if you get up early you will miss out on sleep. If you rise too early and do practice, say one hour earlier than you wanted, still you can make up that hour by going back to bed after your practice is over.

Breath infusion also should be done in a non-stingy way. Some students have this stingy attitude about practice and then on the other side they are asking why they do not make progress or why progress is so slow. Well if you are stingy with practice, then practice will be stingy with you.

In the material world, people insist on making progress. As the body ages, people feel that they are getting the upper hand by getting a better job, making more money, elevating the social status.

From the spiritual angle, every day is a day which is marked off for death. A prisoner, whose execution is set for a certain day, has a countdown, not a count-up. A yogi has a countdown as well, because the amount of practice this body is capable of yielding deceases with each passing moment.

Each day there is less and less time to practice with this specific body, and who knows when another body like this will be acquired again. Thus the yogi should be stingy and make sure that some of this time is dedicated to practice. There are many social interests but none should supersede the yoga practice. If you find that something over-rides the practice, then you have identified your enemy.

I was working with breath infusion and then after a short while, about 6minutes there was a pixel energy charge in the upper chest central area. This is an area which is hard to target. It is a hidden area. You might be able to get kundalini up the spine into the head, and you can certainly arouse kundalini by sexual means but getting it into the front central chest is near impossible.

The nice feature about bhastrika pranayama is that once you do a full charge session, then the energy has to go somewhere. It has to burst out somewhere. When it has saturated certain easy areas, if you keep practicing, it will target hard-to-reach areas which hid from you all along.

This upholds the saying that prana shows the way.

Near the end of practice after a full hour session, I worked on the head of the subtle body. Believe it or not even though kundalini might rise into the head and even stimulate brahmarandra chakra, it may stay away from certain parts of the subtle head, like for instance the frontal area, the lower jaws, the top back of the head, the temple areas and the upper jaws.

Thus the student has these areas as hard-to-reach places which should be targeted. I was working on the lower brain and the upper jaw, as shown in the diagram.
