Breath Infusion Objectives

Speaking strictly to students who do breath infusion practice, using rapid breathing in various posture with the appropriate locks applied, there are some methods which I desire to explain in this post.

Stage 1:

This is the beginner’s main objective during the infusion. This might take a minimum of three years to master, if the daily practice is consistent. The main thrust is to get the air to be absorbed and compacted into the lungs. With each breath some air is absorbed, or we assume that this is happening. Thus with a rapid succession of breaths, more air will be compacted than the body can distribute.

As soon as one stops a sequence of rapid breaths and applies the locks, the body will get busy distributing the compacted air.

As one compacts more and more air into the lungs one should mentally try to push down the compacted energy through the front of the body, pass the navel into the groin area.

As a result of this several things might happen, but this is the main thrust for beginners. The big event for these practitioners, is the arcing of the infused energy over to muladhara base chakra, since if that happens, kundalini will move and if the locks are applied, will be forced through the spine into the head.

While in the natural system of sex bliss the kundalini is attracted to the sex energy, in the breath infusion practice, the sex energy is attracted to the kundalini. That is the only different. In the natural way, the kundalini leaves its place at muladhara chakra and jumps over into the sex organ chakra (not the 2nd chakra on the spine). In that case kundalini is pulled there by the energy charge of the sex organ chakra because this charge is based on lust energy.

In the unnatural way, using kundalini yoga, the polarized lust-charge energy at the sex organ chakra is mixed with the infused breath energy, then it loses its lusty charge. Once this happens it becomes attracted to the kundalini and arcs over to it. Kundalini then feels compelled to move. This is like when a man finds a cellar in an hold house and moves into it comfortably. It is cool down there and he gets into a drowsy mood and lays down to sleep. But then suddenly there’s a fire there, so he feels compelled to move, and even though he does not want to give up the comfort. Even though he prefers to stay there peacefully, the fire blazes so terribly that he is forced to move

This will result in a head burst of kundalini energy. When this head burst of energy is experienced as a bliss potency, then the beginners gains some confidence in this process and develops a desire to continue this.

Just as kundalini normally moves to the front part of the body and is experienced as a bliss energy in the genitals, and we become attached to having sex expression, so also when the student experiences a head burst of energy, there follows a desire to have this experience repeatedly. This is because in this world bliss pleasure is scarce. If a person has sex bliss pleasure or any other type of bliss pleasure, it is likely that the person will develop a craving for that.

In a sexually mature body, nature awarded sex pleasure. Breath Infusion reveals another potential pleasure source which is the movement of kundalini into the head of the subtle body.

This diagram below shows the basis outlay of this stage 1.

Stage 2

Stage 2 is a carbon dioxide pull out. While in stage 1, the carbon dioxide is removed from the body on impulse depending on the postures used and the efficiency of the lungs, in this stage an effort is made to pull out carbon dioxide which is lumped up or trapped in certain parts of the body.

This is checked during practice to find out where there might be dense astral energy in some parts of the form. The student will infuse air to that part of the body. Once that air is mixed with the dense heavy astral force, it can be relocated. The student then focuses on breathing that out of the system by a mental pulling action, during the breath infusion. In that practice one does not target the compression of the energy into the lungs, even though this does take place, instead one discovers any hidden stock piles of carbon dioxide, infuses energy into them and the pulls them out of the body.
