Breath Infusion Neck Push Effects

At first during meditation this morning there were two distinct occurrences. One was naad sound on the right back side of the head, very pronounced. It had capsule type energy in the core of it which was about half inch wide by seven inches long. This was on a slant by the right ear. This energy had a sheen to it, like the dull sheen on polished stainless steel. I braced back on this naturally-occurring sound energy to take help from naad.

There was also an energy coming up from inside the trunk of the subtle body, passing through the neck. This was like trillions of micro needles pushing up, so that the chin and jaws of the physical form even, were being pushed up with great force. This particular energy was as a result of the breath infusion practice. The head was being pushed up with force by this energy as well, as this energy passed through the neck and seemed to stretch the neck apart to the limit.

I forcibly pushed the chin down and kept it down. I also curled the tongue up and back because it was beginning to push itself into the lower front teeth. This energy which was pushing through the neck kept pushing for about ten minutes and then it subsided. In the meantime I kept my focus on the naad sound.
