Breath Infusion in Winter

Students doing breath infusion in winter should take precautions to avoid contracting cold, flus and the like.

 

Cold air might be laden with viruses which come alive as soon as they enter the human body and are warmed up. This could result in colds, flus and the like which in turn put a damper on practice.

 

If you can, do your exercises indoor in a location where cold air from outdoors mixes with warm air from indoors. This may disable viruses before they enter your lungs.

 

If you do exercises outdoors in cold weather be dressed for the occasion, protect the throat by using a turtle neck sweater or a turtle neck pull over or a mock turtle neck dickey which can be made from any turtle neck sweater.
