Breath Infusion / Head

This diagram is a breath infusion into the head. Some of the heavy dense astral energy is still on the edges and in part of the neck. Ideally the trunk, neck and lower extremities like the thighs, legs and feet should be compacted with light weight astral energy, before the head is treated with breath infusion.

However some attempts to do this might only be met with partial success. The student has to push on with the practice day after day, twice per day if permissible but once per day minimum.

The energy from in the neck which has a yellow hue is the main thrust of the infused energy before it spreads out to displace the dense astral clouds of mood force.
