Breath Infusion Advanced Stages

Two methods of breath infusion which should be understood are the pushing in of fresh air into the system and the pulling out of stale air from cells which hoard that negative energy. The preliminary method to master is the pushing in of fresh air. The advanced one is that of first infusing fresh air and then going to hidden places in the psyche to extract hidden stale air from cells which hoard it for one reason or another.
A student should first master the pushing in of fresh air. This system causes a buildup of pressure in the lower front of the trunk of the body. When this accumulation of fresh air becomes saturated, it hits the kundalini life force at the base of the sacral region. This motivates kundalini to move. By applying locks like the stomach lock, the sex lock and the anus lock, the student forces kundalini to go upwards, even though it is mindful to go downwards.
When one has done this pushing in of fresh air for some years by daily practice, then one can focus on going to the hard-to-reach areas to pull out stale air which is hoarded by cells in the extremity of the body, in places like the thighs, the legs and feet, even in the side areas of the sacral region and in the genitals.
Pushing air in the system does not remove all of the old air which certain cells hoard. A special effort must be made to remove that air. Certain cells will keep their bad habits no matter what. The student will have to confront these energies and switch them out for fresh air, new pranic energy.

I had an interesting experience this morning.
I passed out again (it has been a while since this has happened)....I do not know if it was from a buildup of fresh prana or lack of it. All i remember is that the session lasted 30 min.
Half way through the session as i was holding the air in along with the lock i started to blank out. I was conscious, and knew what was happening, but failed to drop to the floor instantly like you have advised. All I can recall is slowly falling. I saw and noticed i had my eyes closed after falling. As i open them a few seconds later I was still doing the breath of fire. This lasted about 1 min. What happened?
Meditation was ok, only 10 min. Just noticed outward circles.

This will happen off and on so you must be attentive and you must agree to watch down in the body for any movements or energy shifting or changing which are signs that kundalini is going to attack the buddhi organ (analytical orb) in the head of the subtle body.
If kundalini strikes that psychic organ unawares, then there will be one or two effects. One effect is a complete black out, where you do not recall anything. The other more preferred effect, which advanced students get, is an awareness of being in shimmer intense golden light (brahmananda), and then finding oneself out of it but again aware of the body.
This intense golden light may be experienced as bliss energy without any perception of light, like an intense sex experience but in the head not in the genital area. In the case of the black out, kundalini is armed with apana energy and it strikes with that dulling or retardative force. In the case of the intense bliss energy or golden light, kundalini is armed with prana and it strikes just the same but propels the self into the spiritual sky.
In either case that of dull samadhi, which you experienced and that of enlightened samadhi (golden light or intense bliss energy); you will lose control of the body if you are not applying the locks effectively.
Why?
Because your control of the body is indirect. You cannot directly control a human body because you, as a core spirit, cannot directly make contact with matter. You do so through adjuncts. Now if any of those adjuncts are unable to make contact with the body, guess what?
In a foundry we find that they are handling molten metal but how?
Is it direct?
Was there ever a case of a foundry man holding a piece of white hot iron?
Or is it only that it can be done with special gloves and special tongs?
Since you do not even know at this state what that adjunct is, the buddhi organ, then how can you control what happens to it. How can you protect it? The kundalini knows what the buddhi organ is. It has a relationship with that organ and so when it rises, it tries to reach that organ. Together they operate pleasure experience for the spirit, which you are.
Over time you will get a grip on this but you have to do much more practice and be more consistent and then over time you will experience this.
In the meantime, you should watch down in the body during the breath infusion and as soon as you sense a movement of energy or movement or buildup of sensation, get down to a squatting or a sitting yoga position,. This will protect from having the body fall to the ground if the kundalini strikes the buddhi analytical orb.
Some months ago you made an effort to meet me at Bharat Patel’s place. Now I will give you my impression about your spiritual life. You have done yoga before in your past lives but you are usually hasty about it, thinking that you should make progress fast and that you deserve an advanced stage.
This is all well and good. However in this life, you will have to work for years of daily effort to really make progress. It won’t happen overnight. Strap yourself in and practice consistently. Then over time you will become a yogi of some standing, not otherwise.
There is no easy way out of this but to keep practicing. Backing away from this in fear of kundalini will not help. Sooner or later every living entity has to face up to this in the process of getting intimate information about the psyche it is using.
Now regarding if it was from a buildup of fresh prana or a lack of it, it was from a buildup of fresh prana but what happened is that the fresh prana forced the old stale prana in the system to exit the system, as it was exiting it hit the buddhi organ in the head of the subtle body.
Again this will be understood in time from more practice. What happens is that when you infuse fresh prana, it builds up. Then it is forced down into the body from the front side. This hits the perineum area. Then this jumps over to the base chakra. If you are doing the locks, then this will cause kundalini to go upwards but it will go upwards with the old stale energy which is being pushed by the newly infused energy. So if this old stale energy continues to rise, it will eventually enter the head and that will cause the buddhi intellect organ to crash which you will experience as a black out.
There is a way to stop this stale energy from doing this. It can be pulled out of the body through the lung but that expertise comes after long practice. It does not happen overnight, nor by wishful thinking, nor by blessings of a yoga guru. You simply have to practice more and more and then your lung system will change in the way it operates and this will happen.
Stated simply, your lung system is genetically designed not to pull out the old energy in the cells and so you have to change the attitude of the lungs but this will take time. Nature has its way of doing things and if you want to adjust that, then you have to endeavor for a long time to change it.

Why only 10 minutes?
Got some pressing social concerns?
Why the urgency for other things and little time for meditation?
How many minutes do you spend in sexual love activities, only ten, only five?
If you treat meditation nice, it will reward you but if you are giving yourself over to other things, and thinking that meditation will serve you just the same, that will pan out with you being a mediocre fake yogi.
Holding air after the locks and blanking out will go away over time. Here is how to help yourself through this more efficiently.
Instead of thinking all the time about raising kundalini into the head, think of accumulating the dissolving out the stale energy which is in the system. Of course for you this means only part of that energy, the easy-to-reach part of it. So here is what you do.
During the first part of your breath infusion practice try to cause the stale energy to build up near the navel. This will be experienced as a burning sensation at the navel area when you stop after rapid breathing and hold the locks. Take that burning sensation, as you hold the locks and squeeze it down mentally at the navel. This will be as if you are compressing some air more and more. But keep it just below the navel.
This will help you to cause the lungs to change their attitude and to accept this energy and change it out at the lungs. If it is not changed out at the lungs, then it will move in the system downwards and then it will strike kundalini, as the stale energy tries to escape from the pressure of the infused fresh air. Once that stale air strikes kundalini, kundalini will move up if you are applying the locks and then it will strike the buddhi analytical orb and cause you to black out.
Ordinarily this stale air is a great treasure to kundalini because it uses that for aggressive sexual activities and sex pleasure and also for evacuation. Kundalini hoards this energy and you have to make it change its attitude in this regard.
