Bliss Ball/Chunk

Sometimes when doing breath infusion, there might be in some part of the psyche, usually in the trunk of the subtle body, where there arises after a certain amount of the bhastrika pranayama or kapalbhati breathing, a ball of, chunk of or lump of bliss energy. Looking at this it appears like a crystal found in the earth, which when one sees it is transparent and sparkles with some iridescent glare.

The normal course is to keep doing the breath infusion after one has seen this. That usually results in the shifting or movement of this chunk of bliss energy, and then if one keeps up breathing, this energy might explode in the subtle body into tiny pixel chunks of bliss force, which will move upwards into the head of the subtle body giving the yogi a high feeling of expansive bliss enjoyment samadhi.

A yogi may become lost in this energy where he does not know what happened and has no memory of the experience and cannot put it into words to explain the feeling he had.

If it is possible and if the yogi can tolerate this bliss energy, as soon as he sees this energy, he should increase focus on it and increase the thrust of the infused energy by intensifying the breath infusion rapid breathing. He should push down this energy and not allow it to rise as it normally would rise through the subtle body and try to go to the buddhi intellect organ and the brahma randra.

The yogi should push this energy down or alternately, force this energy into itself, so that it reaches a stage of absolute concentration. It will then implode inwards on itself. It would feel that it became so super concentrated that it exited into a higher dimension, the result of which will be a samadhi meditation of entering a higher plane of consciousness environment, if the yogi sits to meditate immediately after this happens.
